Great and friendly staff, lovely breakfast, beautiful hotel and the room.

The roof terrace did not look like the website picture. You can use it but there was not much light. They don't do private dining as advertised on the website and they didn't have Hammam treatment. I was quite disappointed as all those things were listed on the website.

The location is very convenient, one street only yo go down to restaurants , very amazing decoration of hotel with big entrance hall with water cascade to enjoy water sounds as rooms facing inside yard and it is very quite , comfortable bed and nice shower, I like shampoo and stuff they provide. Breakfast was very delicious with so many choices. Very friendly personal ! They recommend so many things . I went hamam and it is one of the this you should do there too , very relaxing and beautiful hamam !

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast every morning on the terrace was the perfect way to start the day.

The directions that google gives you to get there if you are driving are not very good. They direct you to an area not meant for driving. I would suggest that booking.com give a separate address for customers driving that takes them to the parking lot nearby. They tried to contact us through WhatsApp, but when you are driving, you can't really check your phone.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with so much thought going into the decor - it’s quite lovely. The staff are very attentive. Location very good. Parking very close by and not too expensive. I treated myself to a massage with Andres who was very good.

I think we were given the worst room sadly (5) as it is the room with the raised bed and which you have to climb steps to get into and with bad knees and back it wasn’t ideal which was a real shame as it is a beautiful room. During the night we could hear the sound of material flapping (possibly from next door - if you are a light sleeper you might get annoyed) the other rooms really did look stunning. We are also both tea drinkers especially morning cuppa and so would have been good to have the option of a kettle.

Everyone we met there made our stay special. We felt so welcome. Whist we are used to a lot more facilities ie TV etc it was very rustic and out overall experience very positive. Great Wi-Fi. We both Hammam massage with Andrew which was a great experience. Mint tea afterwards unexpected and very enjoyable in the beautiful seating area.

Central location great but hotel hard to find with sat nav. Managed to to park without having to use the recommended car park. Bit of a smell in the bathroom and we had no TV which was advertised as no tv but would prefer having one.

This is a great property in Tarifa. A quiet hotel with beautiful rooms. I got a free upgrade since I was traveling in the off-season. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The design is really interesting. I got a massage and it was great! It's also located right off of a main walking street and about a 20 minute walk to the bus station, which was convenient.

Everything, from the perfect location to the beautiful decor, to it’s tranquil atmosphere, to its comfy bed, but above all, I have to emphasise on its superb staff. Marisa went far beyond her duties in helping us out. From sorting out a small mistake I had made with my check in date to helping us out with the luggage. Always with a smile ready to solve any issues and providing valuable advice. Must also mention Serafin, extremely friendly, also always greeting us with a smile, eager to help and giving great recommendations about the area. The two ladies helping serving the breakfast were great too.

Nothing not to like

Very central location, yet tucked in a quiet street allowing restful nights. Adults only spot - ideal for couples. Beautifully decorated suite with a comfy bed. Excellent local breakfast with gluten-free options available upon request. Friendly staff.

Very minor detail - would have appreciated a safe in the room

The flair was incredible. From the scent to the ambient music and the waterfountain in the lobby, just amazing. Best vibes I ever encountered in a hotel. Nice rooms, good showers, confy beds. Faucet was loose though. But THE FLAIR WAS PERFECT!!!!!

The breakfast was bad. Not like tasted bad, but the most basic stuff you could find, even less. I'm still bothered i paid money for it. Basic bread, low cost croissants, breakfast meat from the packet, no fresh veggies, old fruit. Really disappointed by the supposedly amazing breakfast. Save your money and eat out. Receptionist kept whatsapping while we checked in...

Beautiful restored "Riad"

For some reason there weren't any staff on the day of arrival. They had written us in WhatsApp (which we later found out). Please:. When the booking is done in booking com write to the guests in booking.com. We didn't get the message in WhatsApp due to change of telephone number. And had difficulties entering the hotel, and gad to wait an hour before we found out if the problem. That was a bit of a downer for a starter
