The location was perfect to walk and see all the sites,with excellent bars and restaurants minutes away. The hotel even with all the bars and restaurants minute's away is quiet at night and easy for sleeping etc. rooms excellent value for money big and airy.Cleaned daily

Parking in Granada side streets is difficult at all times. With the hotel being so central and needing to find parking close by I would suggest parking on the entrance to the city and getting a taxi on to the hotel. This is only a minor issue and does not reflect on this excellent hotel.

Central location to Toledo and spacious clean rooms. We stayed for one night in the Superior twin bed room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were attentive, kind, and quick to assist the guest as needed. Beautiful old traditional architecture with a central skylight of the hotel that used to be a residency of an elite family in the 1950s if I remember correctly. Staff was pretty knowledgable about the history of the building. It is an great experience staying with Eurico.

the hotel was located near the cathedral, an excellent situation as a base for exploring the city. All the staff were friendly and the reception area was nice. Lots of choice for breakfast, in a pretty little room. The staff were very helpful, especially as we were staying through the peninsular blackout.

The location is fantastic and with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff, especially the night gentleman, is very professional and friendly.

Breakfast is too basic. They only have cold eggs!!! They only have whole milk, which nowadays lots of people don't drink milk but almond milk. No bananas or other fruit other than orange. The croissants were not fresh. From all my travels this past month, it was the worst breakfast.

Central. Comfortable

I was ill. Not seriously but l had to return to the hotel in the afternoon to rest. There is a very well appointed dining room and kitchen so we asked if we could make ourselves a cup of tea. The answer was a sharp NO! The receptionist never said Hola, Bienvenido or adios. Not a good image for such a nice hotel.

Location is excellent..just around the corner from the amazing cathedral, also right in the centre of a maze of shops and places to eat. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. Facilities were basic but it was very clean.

My bed was very creaky!

It is a very quiet, comfortable and well maintained place, has good elevator, decent sound proofing

I don't really have anything to complain about. I guess "I couldn't get a vacuum cleaner for my luggage vacuum packing mechanism" but unless you use vacuum bags to reduce volume of your luggage that is not a real problem and I managed to pack mine anyway.

Great location in the historical center, but you can't get there by the car. Need to park at the bottom and then walk with the luggage. Staff was very nice. They messaged to let us know that the streets are very narrow and can't park there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for what we wanted.

The air conditioning could not be controlled. It was either on or off. When it was on, particularly at night, it was very cold. Also, the bath was very slippery when having a shower

Great location. Also rooms are quite, so you can have a good sleep. Good breakfast - regular continental but nothing special, worth 10 EUR.

Hotel is in an old building, so everything looks a bit old, but nothing critical! Just you feel the environment of the city. Anyway, I recommend this hotel. Good price vs quality ratio.
