Good hotel situated just on the outskirts of the City Centre about 20/25 minutes walk. Easy to find and parking is safe and secure; pet friendly. The hotel is modern , clean and spacious, staff were friendly. The rooms were good with single beds, not very wide, but OK for an overnight stay! Good ensuite facilities. The hotel has onsite restaurant and an outside terrace area which is good when travelling with a dog! The restaurant is a little limited for vegetarian options, but a late arrival and a 25 minute walk to the centre was not an option. The food was OK but staff were helpful. Breakfast was as expected. However, a good overnight stop!

Everything. The clean shiny spacious entrance hall, the receptionist who made the effort to speak French to us, the room itself with sofa, minibar and lots of thoughtful touches like kettle, shower cap, toothpaste etc. The breakfast was exceptional. It was easy to find coming in from the motorway. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool opening hours could be longer. I would have loved a morning or evening swim, when it was cooler but the opening hours were 11 to 20h. It is a very small pool for a hotel of this size. It is not in the centre of town; about a 30 minute walk in.

This is the second time we have stayed here on trip from Andalucia to N Spain to catch the ferry. It’s easy to find off the motorway; in a nice area with riverside walk and accepts pets. It’s modern, with spacious clean rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. If we had arrived earlier I would have used the pool. We ate dinner on the terrace, there was a wide choice of dishes and what we had was delicious. Breakfast offered an amazing selection to choose from. A dog bed and treat were provided. Super service! Easy parking is available behind the hotel. Dog and parking cost extra but it was worth it for the ease and comfort.

Nothing.

Reception staff and bar man work very hard. Location is a little out of the city but the walk is good to undertake. Breakfast buffet was first class: lots of extras : tomatoes mushrooms & fabulous fresh bread to toast along with nice butter. Would definitely return& look at other hotels in the chain.

Perhaps remind staff that when customers are present better to carry on working. Talking to colleagues seems unprofessional especially when there are obvious jobs that can be done?

Very good quality place at a cheap price imo. Room was large , clean and everything was in good condition. Breakfast had a good choice. El Corte Ingles ( good cafe food with a bit more quality is as usual on the top floor)and the centre are only a short walk if you use the bridge next to the science museum. Mc Donald's is directly opposite if you fancy that. I liked Valladolid but less people speak English than Madrid. So I battered their beautiful language with what I'd learnt in lessons.

Nothing

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We managed to get on street parking each night and easy access to the city centre.

Pool was closed one day which was disappointing as we had children with us. Apparently there was a part broken and I do think they could have done more to have it fixed. Weather was good but a lot of disappointment children,,, and adults.

Spacious clean rooms. Swimming pool in the mornings. ( Afternoons were very crowded). Helpful staff on reception.

Carpet in room was covered in marks. Noise from the corridor in the morning. A cleaner barged into the room at 9am on the Sunday morning although we were not leaving until the Monday. Lack of clarity about mealtimes. Staff in the restaurant appeared disorganised and exasperated.

The staff were so helpful, especially the lady who also had an electric car as she really helped us to get the charger to work. She and the other reception staff really when out of their way to help us charge our car. Thank you, it took so much stress out of our journey. Very easy for our dogs to stay too, with lovely dog beds and a goody bag for the dogs. Some easy grassy areas for walks nearby. Food was great too. You can eat outside on the terrace with your dogs sitting under the table.

All good.

This is a smart hotel, clean and tidy, spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. There is a pleasant bar area and nice outdoor patio where you can sit and chat with your family or friends when the weather is warm enough. We travelled on motorcycles so the underground parking was particularly useful. The quality of food in the restaurant was very good.

Obviously, through no fault of the hotel, Valladolid centre is quite a long walk from the hotel, maybe 45 minutes.

The hotel was easy to reach from the highway. It has good parking both underground and open air, so no problems if you have a large vehicle. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a very large park across the road. It is reached via a pedestrian bridge so no need to cross the busy road. Our suite was large, more than big enough for us and our 2 dogs. The bed was very comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was good and a good price.

The check in staff were a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. The bottom sheet on the bed was not the right size, it did not tuck in under the mattress so it did not stay in place. The sliding door between the bathroom and the bedroom was very dusty.
