Super easy to find and plenty of free parking took out all the stress, happy and friendly receptionist, everything clean and tidy, free hot drinks whenever you want from reception. Clean, spacious rooms, good tv, good aircon and good shower and for the price, good breakfast.

On night one, it rained and the droplets were loud dripping from facade, this kept us awake even with earplugs in. Luckily it never rained again for our 7 night stay. Wardrobes on the small side, almost unusable so a set of drawers and just take wardrobe doors off for a more modern access for hanging clothes?

The staff is really helpful. They provided us with kitchen tools to eat salad and drink wine, bought from their freeze by very fair prices, even very late at night. Good quality coffee and hot chocolate is available for free at reception. The bed is super large and comfy, and the bedroom is very very clean. We also noticed a real compromise with environmental sustainability. It's perfect for who's travelling by car.

It's not located close to the city centre, as expected. In turn, the parking lot is for free and is located right in front the hotel.

The hotel was very accommodating and although on a retail park was a handy stop off from Santander ferry approx 2 hrs drive away to pick up supplies for ourselves and the dog. Supermarkets nearby stocked everything needed including dairy free options and not expensive. Dog friendly hotel, staff were lovely and had an excellent command of English for queries. We had a problem with the mini bar not working and it was changed immediately without any grumbling. Handy to get into Logrono to have a look round. Although on a retail park it was quiet during the nighttime, parking right outside the hotel and 24hr security. Would definately stay there again.

It's a good place to stay at for one night when travelling across the country. It's situated outside of the city, doesn't add much to your travel time, a shopping center, an entertainment enter are ppart of the facilities.

The breakfast isn't worth the money they charge, better grab something at the supermarket next door. Also, the parking being a useful perk became a pain in the neck too, someone's siren woulld go off all night long and deprived me totally of the so needed night rest, which weas the whol idea of staying at the hotel about.

The advantage of very ample access and parking. The hotel design and brightness . There even is free subterranean parking. Next door a large shopping arcade , this gives zero hinder. Rooms , good beds , nice breakfast , friendly staff. The option NOT to use all towels .

The location out of town , a 10 min. drive , may not be romantic but the functionality largely offsets this. A matter of preferences. We like more hooks to hang stuff but hotels generally seem to abandon hooks on walls .

Hotel was very nice and was very good value for money. It has a supermarket, restaurants, petrol pumps and parking plus other shops all on site. It is also close to the motorway and has a free coffee machine in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were delighted that it was pet friendly but the cost for our dog was much higher than other Spanish pet friendly hotels we have stayed in.

The staff were lovely and really accommodating, especially with our dog, they treated him like another guest. The room was clean and the heating worked superbly. Parking is free right in front of the hotel.

To be honest the breakfast spread isn't the best, not sure if it was worth the 8€ we paid. The lift needs to be checked out too as we got stuck trying to get out on our floor!

There was ample choice at breakfast, the room apart from the comments in the below box was as expected and all in all we will continue using B&B Hotels in the future,

The curtains in the room did not meet in the middle and the inside bathroom door needed painting. I would have rated 5* if it had not been for these unforgivable and simply rectified observations.

It was my first time in a hotel that is located in a mall... They are pet friendly and they give you a small welcome bag for your dog.

As I said it is located in a mall and in the night it looks weird with the huge empty parking in the front but this is a personal issue not a real one.

Arrived at about 2:30 in morning, very friendly man on reception as we booked in with 2 small dogs, really helpful and guided us to the free tea/coffee machine in lobby ... a lifesaver. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in morning (payable) but great value and choice, again with very friendly staff. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room but complimentary facilities including snacks (payable), available in lobby so not a massive issue.
