I stayed in the suite so I don’t know other smaller rooms. The suite was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. Price was reasonable (not expensive at all). The location is very convenient and near major spots of the old town. The staff are very nice and helpful and their English is very good. Car park space is normal (not too small as compared to my terrible experience in Bilbao). The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very good in terms of food quality and the view facing the famous Plazade Nuestra Señora del Pilar. I have traveled in Spain for 29 days and this serviced apartment was the best of all that I have stayed in Spain.

Aparthotel Los Girasoles is is located just on the edge of Zaragoza's old town area and the main shopping area which means that you are almost in the middle of everything but without the continuous hustle and bustle associated with a town centre, however, walking at a slow pace you are in the middle of everything within ten minutes, plus, for those who are driving, the hotel has an on site secure car park with lifts to all floors. The staff on the reception area were extremely helpful and pointed out everywhere in Zaragoza that was worth visiting along with how to get there, all identified on a free map and all within walking distance from the hotel. The furthest away from the hotel is the Palacio de la Aljaferia which is a fifteen minute walk and if you follow the directions from the hotel you will pass the magnificent Plaza de Torro building on your journey. I would like to say a big thank you to Laura on reception as she advised visits to many places that are not on the traditional tourist trail. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated, easy to find and the room was large enough and had all the normal facilities including a very comfortable bed and one of the best showers that I have ever used, plus there was no noticable noise from the other rooms. The dining room on floor eight, offers not only a first class breakfast with something for everyone but if the weather is good then you can sit out on the terrace and have an unrivalled view of Cathedral number one, yes there are two and number two is the best one to visit if you have to choose (ask Laura)!!! In the evening the restaurant sells a selection of snacks and drinks and when its dark you must pop up, get a vino and go on to the terrace to see Cathedral number one all lit up, its magical.

We were finishing our travels with a road trip in a rental car, staying 4 nights in 5 old towns we'd not visited in 5 previous trips to Spain since 2008. We'd explore them walking and maybe visit nearby areas outside the towns. Zaragoza was our second old town. Our hotel was perfectly situated above an underground carpark- easy walking to the river, market, gardens, historic/art/cultural sites and restaurants We reported 3 minor problems after checking in and were pleased the maintenance service resolved them early next morning The temperatures hovered around 41C each day - which we're used to in summer at home. The roof-top pool was refreshing before we'd retreat into our very quiet, air-conditioned apartment. We had great blackout blinds on the windows, helping us relax into our stay. The staff were excellent and we appreciated them booking a nearby restaurant that only took phone bookings while we were on a day trip We were grateful for the washing machine since this was our last before two hotel stops and flying home

The wifi/internet wasn't secure but our Norton VPN protected our phones. My computer with Norton VPN struggled so I mostly didn't use it

Location is very close to the old town, walking distance to all the spotlight, includes the Palacio Aljaferia. The room is with a kitchen and a living room, full equipment, and spacious! It's very clean and tidy also. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It's a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The road outside the hotel is in a renovation, however the google map can't modify the changing route. The bus 34 from Zaragoza- Delicias to hotel cannot work. You had better take a taxi to hotel or always check the bus route on the ride. When back to Delicias station, it takes about 15-20mins walk to the 34 bus stop.(P. Mª Agustín Nº62, Zaragoza, Spain)

Stayed here for two nights in June in a 3-bedroom apartment. It was nice and spacious, enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and helpful as well. Location was good as it was within walking distance to many sites (10mins to the Basilica and 20mins to Aljaferia Palace) and eateries.

Basement parking is available on-site at €20 per night. You also had to request for a kettle and kitchen accessories (e.g. a knife) if require them. I was a little surprised by the policy that the beds could not made up if there were items such as clothes on them. They would leave a little note to explain why.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to all the main sights, which made getting around really convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. A personalised welcome note, along with a small bottle of cava and coffee, was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great that we could store our luggage both before check-in and after we checked out. All in all, a very pleasant experience and great value for money. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from both the corridor and the adjacent rooms fairly clearly. At one point, we thought someone had entered our room, but we realised it was just people arriving in the room next door.

The ladies at the reception desk the day we arrived (3/15) were wonderful. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar had a fabulous view, especially at night, but it would be nice if it opened earlier or at least allowed access earlier.

When we asked him to call a taxi for us, he told us to walk up to the taxi stand and if there were no taxis to come back and then he would call. We dragged all our luggage down to the corner where there were no taxis. On the way back, we found a driver cleaning his car. We interrupted him, and he was gracious enough to give us a ride. I could understand if there was a long line at reception, but it was early in the morning, and we were the only ones needing help, and there were 2 people at the reception desk. This is not good hospitality.

This location made it easy to walk to places of interest. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the apartment and hotel, as well as the bottle of wine provided by the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

There is a rooftop restaurant that we went to checkout. We wanted to get something to eat, but the place was empty. We decided not to eat there since we didn't see much movement. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Definitely worth visiting for the view.

Great location. We were greeted by Susanna the receptionist she was wonderful without asking she provided us with a map and showing all the places to visit. The place is spotless clean, very spacious and it has everything you need. Breakfast is good but on little at high price. On site Parking is very convenient for 2days we didn’t have to move you can reach everywhere on foot. Overall I say stop looking around book with confident.

Suggestion would be a box of tissue and a morning coffee in the room.

Great little hotel in a fantastic location (just off of La Rambla). The rooftop bar and patio is small but all you need to enjoy a cocktail in the shade while admiring the fantastic views of Barcelona. Check in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean, including wall charges for phones that did not require an adapter. Additionally, right across the street is the Palau Guell which is definitely worth a visit.
