The hotel is located a bit far from the sights, like 40 minutes by bus, but the area is safe and relatively quiet. The room was huge, just like the bed. It was actually really convenient.
I didn't like that the toilet had a sliding door made of glass. I think a bit more privacy is needed in that area, especially as the bathroom area is not divided by walls either. Also in the bathroom it would have been nice to have hangers for the towels closer to the bathtub. The swimming pool is really small, and that area is too hot in the afternoon.

The location was spot on for our trip. The hotel breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. The bed was comfortable with the exception of the comments about the springs. Great shower.
The room was set up as a twin, as requested, but the springs on one of the beds made an awful noise each time I got out of bed and it really should be repaired. After our 10 mile walk, a sauna would have been a beneficial treat but unfortunately, it was out of order. The spa itself was cold, the jacuzzi was cold and I wished I hadn't got wet because then I was cold.

Let's start with the location. The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall where there is also a supermarket and a cinema. I've used the supermarket several times so it was appreciated. The room had very interesting planning, unlike anything I've seen yet.
Even though the hotel has free WiFi protected by a password, it is using an outdated security protocol. Please be cautious about doing some sensitive actions, such as banking, on it. The spring mattress was too hard for my linking which would be tolerable if it wasn't also squeaking.

We have stayed in the past here . As it was fiestas en Zaragoza , everything was booked . The rooms are clean and as a standard hotel the bed was really confortable , standard size rooms . Location is good, well located to get the tranvía or buses . There is a taxi point walking across the street . Close to the shopping centre etc . I think the bar has a good selection on wines and a good price per glass . The personnel is really helpful and nice .
The rooms have an open plan bathroom , which is awful. No privacy at all - even for couples you want to have your bathroom separate by a proper door . I’m not sure about the decoration of the whole thing - too many mirrors , shiny lamps where turning on and off the lights can be a challenge , sounds ridiculous but I spent time learning the Lightning system there. Also, being on the 8th floor only 1 small window can be open. It is a 5 star hotel but I think they have made a mistake regarding the distribution and decoration of the rooms . I have stayed there in the past and probably now I would look for different alternatives unless there is not a better option in price .

Superb: location, cleanness, the pool, the breakfast, the staff. It is located directly near a big shopping mal. We only left the hotel because we wanted to see the city.
The parking was difficult to find. The reception gave me an address, which I could find on the navi, but as we arrived at it, it was not clear where exactly the entrance was. It took some try and error round trips to find it.

Very clean , good staff very helpful
Parking was a bit confusing. The hotel shares an underground car park with a shopping centre however the hotel section is hidden behind a wall and you need to press a button for access it’s not very obvious until you have already passed the entrance an email in advance explaining would be an idea

Excellent hotel, everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We were so happy with the parking situation since we had a large van. Plenty of underground safe garage parking. The rooms were so spacious and had very nice amenities. We also appreciated everything in the neighborhood and to get to the city center it was pretty simple taking tram.
nothing we did not like

Everything perfect, big clean and comfortable room! Amazing the pool at the 11th floor, very good breakfast and dinner! Good also the position, close to a nice mall and to other shops or restaurants. Staff so kind!
I would only propose to change more often the dinner menu, it was always the same for the entire week. But all the rest (including the food quality) was amazing!

-Nice reception team, the gentleman works on reception is very nice and professional. He speaks good English which helped us a lot. -Beds are comfortable.
-No coffee machine in the room. -No free water. -No price list for mini bar products, it is confusing, I had to call the front desk to ask. -it is hard to find the hotel's private parking zone, the direction sign is not very obvious, the parking right next to the hotel front door is not the entrance for the hotel private parking zone.

Location, parking, breakfast, architecture. We went with the public transportation bus to the old town wich was easy to do.
The electric window covering was making noise when you lowering or raise it. You also you can hear it from the neigbours room. De bed was comfortabel but sounds somtimes like a metal stretcher. Bud this where small matters.
