Lovely big room with balcony, air con was definitely needed. Ideal location by the river and near the basilica and cathedral. Staff were helpful we did not eat there as we had an email saying breakfast was 63 euro each, I presume that must have been incorrect but we decided to eat in front of the basilica as it was a beautiful morning

Great to have parking although as with all city centre hotels you have to pay, the actual car park is underneath the hotel and can be quite tricky to access we have a four by four but that really was the only issue and we managed.

Great location only moments from Market, shopping, El Tubo, bars, restaurants. Also a 20 minute walk along river to Aljaferia palace. Could have caught bus from across road from hotel there too Tram stop there too. Room quiet, very comfortable, good facilities. Excellent breakfast, and good evening meal too. Even a bath as well as shower!

Restaurant good for breakfast, not very atmospheric for evening meal. In common with all Zaragoza underground carparks clearances are tight especially when hotel carpark full

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Zaragoza. We parked under the hotel. Reception was friendly and efficient. We were allocated the room we requested with a veranda and a great view of the river. The room had a fridge, coffee machine and ironing board. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant twice, both well priced and very acceptable. I could not fault this hotel. Btw, I’m from Australia, not Hongkong.

The carpark under the building was challenging. 😁

Perfect location at the Roman wall and old town. Room was clean, small but ok for one. There were umbrelas. I was lucky to be in Zaragoza when it was rain all the day:) It is very rear but for this case hotel has umbrelas.

Breakfast was good but without vegetables. I've heard Aragon has the best tomato in Spain, but I couldn't try in greakfast. But instead there were very tasty melones and natural orange juice.

Hotel location is fantastic! It was great looking at the wonderful Zaragoza Plaza Der Pilar and to the gorgeous cathedrals from the windows (of our room). We walked everywhere and we also wre able to park our car at the hotel parking lot. It is very hard to find a hotel with parking facility (not public but private hotel parking). Hotel breakfast was really good with many options on the buffet.

The hotel mentions about AC, but we did not have AC! We tried to leave the window open for air, but then mosquitos were annoying.

Room with a lovely view, I could just sit there in the night looking over the city old buildings in the moon light. What a lovely view it was.

The constant switching on and off sound from the AC was very discomforting and disturbed my sleep and made me feel like there was somone in the room. But again you can not hold the hotel for this. It will be better if they can sort it but if not I will still go there again when I go to Zaragoza again.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. Many options for breakfast. The room felt light and airy, and the views were great; location was perfect for us, just a short walking distance from the Basilica and the Goya Museum.

Parking is a little bit complicated and not easy to locate as from the distance it looks like the road it’s only for the tram, so we had to drive around and come to it from a different direction.

The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety to choose from. But what made this stay exceptional for me was the view from my room, down the length of the Plaza del Pilar and with three historical churches in sight - nearest is San Juan, then the famous Basilica, and furthest away the Seo. Magic. I have attached a photo.

Room decor is a little austere and cold with so much marble. But it wouldn't stop me staying here again!

Perfect location. Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Nice view on the river. Easy parking access and signs were easy to spot it. Availability of the coffee machine in the room. Pleasant shower gel and shampoo. Complimentary water. Good A/C

First we got a room with some strange smell (512), but upon the explanation of the situation the staff provided another room and it was perfect. Appreciate all the help and the solution.

Great location. Easily accessible and close to many great attractions. Clean, good sized rooms and a decent breakfast buffet.

There’s plenty of parking on-site. Unfortunately, my wife decided she didn’t need my help parking the car and caused about £2k’s worth of damage to our car. Once in the car park, yes it’s tight, but eminently manageable. We had a BMW 5-Series with a Thule roof-box (total height: 1.9m) and there was plenty of room (height-wise), despite what my wife said. She is right, in as much as the car park entrance is very tight. Be extra specially careful if it’s wet outside, it is possible to slide on the steep downward slope. PS. It was dry when we were there.
