It was all about the location which faced south down the valley covering both Ella and the waterfall to the SW. Excellent terrace in front of the property with uninterrupted views. The walk down into Ella took 12 minutes on foot. 500 rupees by tuk tuk back up the hill.

No alcohol served - but you could bring your own onto the premises. Recommend that you book rooms on the second floor - our view on the first floor was slightly impeded by the roof, a water tank and a really poorly sited satellite dish.

Of course the hotel is a little bit old, because it was one of the first hotel in Ella.The view is amazing. The room was really calm and at the good distance from the noise of Ella. In our room the bathroom was new. The staff is great ready to help but discreet. The laundry service is available.

The view from the hotel is so good. Mountain view along with waterfall. The lawn of the hotel is so superb. Though due to rain we could not sit outside. But this terrace location is mind blowing. Food was also good.

TV not worked. internet was not working. no room tissue available.

We really enjoyed our stat at Ella Gap Panorama. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The views of the vistas were spectacular at all times of the day. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of fruit, pancakes, eggs, rice& curry options to name a few. The staff were very friendly and polite. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous views and lovely quiet location out of town.

Could not pay by credit card due to poor signal so had to find another ATM for sufficient cash.

The location is just amazing, having a very nice view (I think the best view in Ella), the staff were really great made me feel I am at home. The breakfast is something you need to consider to have it when booking room in this place. This place is a great place for families and small size groups. Great place to have morning morning exercises (walk, jogging, yoga)

1-2 Km far from city centre, However, they can arrange transportation

need to be careful with insects, and keep windows closed, otherwise room will be full of them ( well we are in jungle so it’s obvious)

Little Adam and Ella Rock deliver great views...but to be honest, the one at Ella Gap Panorama is topping the others...besides very friendly staff, good curries but also western food.
