Staff were attentive and courteous. View from the rooms were amazing! Breakfast was nice specially if you seat outside to enjoy the view. The location was okay, no problem going down to the main street. Going up you might need to take tuktuk as it is quite a walk even with the shortcut (stairs).

It wasn't really a bad thing but when I came back to my room in the evening the room wasn't made up. But it turns out I should have given the key when I left because it seems they don't use the spare key unless needed like an emergency. They made up the room eventually even late at night. :)

Beautiful large room, Friendly staff , Fantastic Breakfast selection, and the view from the balcony of the room was amazing!! Staff was very friendly and helpful . The view is breathtaking from the hotel lobby, from the pool and the room. gorgeous mountain surroundings.

The view was spectacular!

1. The doors are very light and can hear noises the hallway. 2. The pool was dirty, it wasn’t get cleaned. Too many dead spiders and covered with leaves 3. The food Needs some improvement Desserts weren’t good Dinner was not so tasty

Fabulous views. Very well managed, refurbished place. Super clean. Helpful and competent staff. Good food. Only around 10 minutes walk into the centre, as long as you don't mind steps.

Very echoey building, so a lot of noise from the kitchen, chairs being moved in the function room upstairs at 5.30 am, etc

Sanjaya the manager is a fantastic host. Breakfast was awesome. And the view... Well why climb little Adams Peak when you are looking down on it! Authentic 360-degree views. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. There is a walking track down to the town centre which is great too.

One family was occupying the games room the full evening. The hotel should have a way of allocating times so that other guests also can use the pool table Etc

The absolute picture perfect view of Ella. It was amazing. I have stayed at many hotels, the view cannot and will not be matched. I'd like to also say the staff were exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel
