We had 3 nights in the Ella Red Rock Hotel. Jana organized a TukTuk picking us up from the train station. We felt directly welcomed there. Jana is such a heartly person! The hotel itself is up the hills with a beatiful view on the Ella Red Rock. Our room was spaceous and clean. Beds were comfortable. As we arrived late, Jana made us dinner, so we hadn‘t have to check for restaurants this night. Our TukTuk driver was always available for us for a reasonable price as well. We definitely will come back again! Thank you Jana!

I had an amazing experience at Ella Red Rock Hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The facilities are spotless, beautifully designed, and create a very comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. One of the highlights is the stunning view – it’s something you absolutely don’t want to miss! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

Jana was the most cheerful and responsible staff we have met during our trip - he took very good care of us. He arranged for a good spread of Sri Lankan food for our breakfast. He also arranged for transfer down to the main road, which was very sweet. You will be good hands should you be served by Jana. The view was amazing.

Way up to property can be challenging if driver is not skillful.

Really kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast an general Good service. The staff arrenged a Tuktuk for us ti see the city and the nine arch bridge. Niice room with comfortable beds. Peacefull surroundings.

The last part of the road to the place is pretty steap and bumpy. So its difficult with a car with heavy luggage. Elsewise everythibg was Good!

Best hotel owner ever met. Nothing is too much trouble, picking you up, driving you anywhere or arranging your laundry. Location is difficult to reach, you definitely need a tuktuk to get there. The view is great as well as the food, so worth the trouble. We will stay again!

Great staff and location. The location is on a bit stepper location and you have to climb stairs when going up and down the street, so if you are fit and have no issue in climbing stairs. This is a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much With The Ella Red Rock Hotel. We lived in a beautiful mountain view room with our own balcony, The location of the place is outside of the city center (2.5 km) just beautiful and relaxing and not as stressful as Ella city. It was easy to take a Tuk Tuk down to Ella and other places. Also, we could walk up a small hill and enjoy a breathtaking view during sunset. Also, from our balcony, we could see the sunrise. The Staff was incredible, very kind, and helpful. Also, the breakfast and their traditional Sri Lankan curry were really tasty.

Red Rock location is awesome, you can see and hear a waterfall near by. Surrounded by mountains it gives you a great escape to nature. Rooms are spacious, staffs are very helpful, welcoming, friendly and most importantly they prepare very tasty food. Must try that rice and curries.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food by young and positive chef . We hired their van to visit several places around Ella.Chaminda, the driver, was very helpful and knows almost everything.

The welcome at the top, hosts of unfailing kindness and a magical setting on the heights of the town of Ella, the ascent of the path by car and tuk tuk rather difficult, for one night it's fine, for several days really complicated.
