Wonderful helpful and friendly staff in every part of the hotel. Pool area is lovely and relaxing. Hotel is on the beachfront so lovely to walk on and hear the waves however red flag beach so swimming is not advised but the pool area is fab. Good location. Buffet breakfast and dinner lovely and lots to choose from. A particular mention to the lady that makes the milk and egg hoppers, which were perfect. Lovely rooftop bar overlooking swimming pool and sea fab. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is a bit dated in parts and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately swimming not advised in the sea due to currents.

The resort is very big. I love the beach even though due to its strong current, it's not safe to swim

I would like to thank them for organizing a special welcome ceremony for us. Additionally, they upgraded our room to a suite free of charge, and we had a fantastic time with my family. It is an ideal place for a 2-3 day weekend getaway. The sea is quite wavy, and there are large rocks near the shore, so you need to be careful. Spending time at the pool and the pool bar was really enjoyable. It is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Galle, which is a great advantage. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a flight at 7 AM, so I checked out at 3 AM. Before leaving, I asked if they could prepare a takeaway sandwich, and they kindly did.

The only thing I didn’t like was the single bed in the room—it was way too soft and uncomfortable. I can say that I didn’t sleep well.

The quality of the hotel is made by the most amazing staff. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool manager was fabulous, especially her daily aqua aerobics sessions. The roof top bar made a wonderful start to our evenings - thank you to Sanjika and Dulshan for being marvellous hosts. The restaurant staff and chefs were awesome. Great food and service. The reception team could never do enough for their visitors. The cleaners were friendly, efficient and professional. The location meant there were only a couple of options to eat out that were in walking distance. And although the hotel is directly on the beach, it’s not safe to swim.

Huge hotel. Caters to big groups. Got all the facilities you need. Huge pool and excellent staff.

Its a resort so don't expect the local life, although the staff are super friendly. The beach is tiny and gets big waves. Don't expect to easily swim in the sea. Do go out of the resort for food and nicer beaches. It's between 2 beautiful towns so do go on day trips.

We had a wonderful & amazing time at Radisson Blu Resort, Galle. The food was super delicious . The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant and even at the pool, the service was excellent. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, special thanks to, the hostess Miss Dakshina , the supervisor Mr Dilan , the waiter Mr Kasun, the waiter Mr Dinod and the house keeper Mr Shamika. They helped to make a surprise for our wedding anniversary at the dinner buffet. and the ocean view from the room was simply breathtaking. Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely love to come back again

We visited for a birthday celebration and had a truly wonderful stay with family, including our one-year-old baby. The welcome was warm with drinks and clear info about the hotel. Rooms were luxurious, well-organized, and had a perfect ocean view. The pool was big and very clean. A special thanks to Mr. Ajith who was so friendly and even helped with our baby during swimming. We also had a small surprise birthday celebration with a lovely cake at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout. My son enjoyed the beach and pool a lot.

Nothing major to complain about. Some of the food options could be improved in taste, especially for local palates. But overall, the variety was good.

The beach is dangerous and cannot be swum on.

Staff at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the manager who did his best to accommodate our requests and assisted us in all possible ways. Restaurant staff was also very accommodating, polite, and overly helpful. Breakfast was a good one with many choices, even for Westerners. Location, facilities, and pool were great Massage at the Spa was very professional and relaxing. Their coconut ice cream is just perfect.

Dinner menu (A La Carte) could be more various, and they put spices in every dish by default (like everywhere in Sri Lanka). So if you prefer non-spicy food, you'd better ask them not to put spices even on french fries. Rooms were a bit outdated: some renovations could be done to make them look more appealing. It's better not to leave the balcony door open for a long time, esp. when lights are on ; otherwise, all kinds of flies will fly in. There is no way to have a good swim in the sea because of the waves and rocks.
