The view from the room is stunning, you are footsteps away from a picturesque beach that has barely anyone on it other than a few guests of the hotel. Perfect for a quiet get away. The quality of the hotel furnishings, the bathroom decor, the plates and food were all high quality and felt good. There are always plenty of hotel staff around to help and the free tuk tuk service is great.

Airport transfer for 85 USD isn’t worth it but can easily get a t transfer company from the airport for half the price. One hotel staff member was asking me unnecessarily personal questions and it felt a bit creepy and invasive - most of the locals in Hikkaduwa were like this.

This hotel is everything you would want on a laidback holiday. Stayed here for 4 nights and it’s the staff that is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you check in to the point you checkout, they are always there to have a friendly chat, offer any help, share a laugh with you. In other words, it felt like home. Location is perfect! Right at the beach and just perfectly situated a bit away from the market area so you are not in the center of all the madness. They have a free tuk tuk ride to drop and pick you up within a 5km radius. Breakfast was clean and simple, don’t expect the world, yet it is beautifully put together and you get to choose the contents a night before. The hotel is artistically done with modern interiors and has a minimalistic theme to it. Overall, I would highly recommend BK Beach to couples and families. And a big shoutout to their lovely staff members who made this stay absolutely memorable. Will definitely come back again!

The people here are friendly. Turtle Beach is close by, and there's a supermarket just 100 meters away.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff who always want to help. The free tuktuk rides were very convenient and we loved lounging by the pool everyday. The breakfast and food in general was great too!

The location is not the best, a little far from everything, hence the tuktuk rides, and the beach was not very swimmable at this location so we would go to other beach clubs to spend the day. Another thing that was massively disappointing is that they marketed that there will be a masseur available everyday and the massage prices were good so we were all very excited but he never came on the 5 days we stayed there so that was a huge disappointment on our end.

Since this is a brand new hotel, they are still figuring things out which is fair :) Improvable are: - English skills (had a few situations where we couldn’t be supported because of language difficulties) - Breakfast! - It’s just a small detail but for the price of a night in this hotel, we‘d expect to get fresh tea leaves and no tea bags for our tea - Being clear around room cleaning service (they needed our key to do so but no one told us :) )

We are in Sri Lanka for the first time. There were questions and difficulties, like everyone who is travelling to a previously unknown country. And a great sense of gratitude is caused by people who help you adapt quickly and feel that everything is fine. For us, the BK Beach Hotel Hikkaduwa became such a place. It's an amazing place with amazing people who made our first days unforgettable. The guys organised a great and comfortable transfer from the airport, answered all the questions that arose during their stay, always went to meet and helped us with advice. Separately, I would like to mention the assistant manager of Naveen, a real professional and a wonderful responsive person. And an employee of Nipun organised a wonderful greeting for my girlfriend on her birthday, which we celebrated at the hotel The hotel itself is beautiful in everything. The rooms and premises are clean, neat and very stylish. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony, where it's so nice to sit in the evenings! The staff constantly cleaned our room and changed linen and towels. The air conditioner and fan work perfectly, the plumbing and furniture are new, the bed is soft, Wi-Fi is fast, the pool is clean and has a perfect temperature. And the breakfasts are delicious, on the beautiful sand terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel staff approach their work with love, they put their soul into the hotel and you can see it at first glance We will definitely come to this beautiful hotel when we return to Sri Lanka again, because the BK Beach Hotel Hikkaduwa is the benchmark of what the real quality of hotels should be. If I had the opportunity to give 20 points, I would have given it without hesitation Thank you guys, you are the best!!!!

Very nice design hotel, nice rooms even not the biggest ones, everyday cleaning including exchange of towels and sheets. Beautiful garden, small but comfortable pool, nice restaurant, very good breakfast (possibility to order day before to have them available on time you wish). Amazing massage right onsite overseeing ocean and enjoying great masseur.

I had groundfloor room which is a bit noisy as all staff walks there and back to kitchen, talking, being on phone, also there are seats at pool right in front of the room door so you can hear everything. If that door is soundproof, would be much better. If I go next time, I would definitely take the room in an upper floor.

It’s setting - directly on a beautiful beach - was perfect. Sitting on the bedroom balcony enjoying the cooling sea breeze and watching waves crashing on to shore was blissful. The hotel is situated a mile or so from the hectic Hikkaduwa beach and town, so it was very peaceful. The town beach is a wonderful 30-40 minute stroll away along the sea shore, or 5 minutes in the hotel complementary tuk tuk. The staff - every one of them - were really nice people, and very good at their jobs.

One small detail - the layout of our en-suite bathroom could have been designed better (toilet immediately behind the (part frosted) glass door.

Hotel location, decoration, quality of the facilities, everything looked as brand new really. Tuktuk services was very convenient. Rooms very clean and the online room service. A la carte meals were very good and well served. Staff arranged for dinner table by the beach which we loved and enjoyed the dinner so much.

Got charged at the time of check in that's maybe new policies everywhere in Hikkaduwa hospitality sector not sure. Breakfast did not meet our expectations unfortunately. Coffee machine out of service. Nothing hotel management isnt able to improve. Just a little of willingness thats all

We had a very nice stay at BK Beach Boutique. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast really tasty and the staff helpful. We loved to eat dinner at the place - it's a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful ocean-view and feeling the sand between your toes.
