- this is a good location if you want a base for excursions in the region (e.g. to Kandy, Sigiraya, Ella) even if you are not a golf player :) - views - silence - great quality of rooms - prices in bar & restaurant - possibility to contact with housekeeping/reception/restaurant via WhatsApp (even being outside the hotel)

- english skills of staff in restaurants & bar was bad - meals served in the restaurant were not always the same or in accordance with the description on the menu, for example, certain ingredients were missing or they used totally different ingredients. - sometimes for some items we were charged and sometimes not - we didn’t knew what was included and what not. - ants and other animals found in the room - rooms are not secured from bugs/ants etc. - transfers offered by staff were 200% more expensive than these one found on other sources (for examples for transfer from the hotel to CMB airport we received offer for 63000 LKR, where we found offer for 23000 LKR). - 2-3x per day there were power outages but I think it’s typical for Sri Lanka

Love the service, location and the amazing food!! We had dinner and breakfast from the set menu and it might've been the best food I've had in a while, with impeccable service. The staff were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed taking our time exploring the grounds. If you've seen pictures, it goes without saying that the view and location are breathtaking. Would love to go back for longer!

Seems there are multiple properties as the pool wasn't what was in the pictures but not sure how we can make a booking there. A map of the place would certainly help.

You'll love this place if you enjoy being surrounded by greenery. The service was amazing; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great, and the view from the pool was stunning. We had a wonderful time staying there. The food was also good. We ordered breakfast to our room, and the way it was wrapped and delivered shows how much they value their service

The calm and quiet surroundings, clean and fresh environment, great hospitality from the staff, fabulous food

Bicycles were not available to ride, high tea locations was too far and golf carts were available only for golfers, as far as we got to know, the only option to reach the high tea location was to walk for more than 1& half hours

Great Breakfast. Great Location. Rooms were clean and spacious . Surrounding view was Great .The lady at the reception was very polite

We had a wait a little more than 40 Minutes for check in . Despite we arriving at sharp 2 PM But I guess the place was bit busier that day being a long weekend or there were lot of golf players around

Pool was a little cool for my liking Wasn’t aware the guided walks would be charged (though the price was reasonable and I would have paid anyway, just would have been nice to be informed)

The room was right next to the restaurant overlooking the course. It was very spatial and modern. Buffet was excellent, golf course was lovely as was the pool.

Golf course, rooms and the entire area were lovely!

Despite having an absolutely great stay, we were a bit disappointed about the tennis court, and we experienced some miscommunication with the staff. We had a lovely stay overall though :)

The golf course was fantastic, although the greens were not up to par. Good accommodation, I had one of the apartments in a villa with a good standard and beautiful views.

This place is really beautiful! The golf course is absolutely breathtaking. The room is really spacious. The food was great and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.
