Pleasant enough two night stay here this week but not without fault although I am being picky. Property is pretty remote and not easy to find but when you arrive it’s very nice. Rooms are excellent and the pool area etc is nice. We had breakfast twice in the hotel restaurant as well as an evening meal and the food and drink quality were very good. The service was slow for breakfast at times and we had a very odd moment at dinner where an inexperienced member of staff removed a full drink from our table without explanation. When we asked what was going on a more senior staff member came over and apologised and returned the drink saying the young lady who removed it was a trainee and had got confused. I also had an incident with a faulty sun lounger that resulted in me sustaining a painful foot injury. The staff were very caring immediately after the incident and applied ice to my foot etc. which was kind and caring. Overall, if you are staying in Kandy, I would recommend it.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in recently. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional drum & song routine performed by the wonderful staff. The room was so comfortable, had everything we needed and a full mini bar included in the rate. The hotel facilities were great and absolutely spotless. The food was exceptional and the service outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends & family.

EVERYTHING! it is a small hotel, located in a remote area, quiet, on the lake. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with both shower and tub. The terrace of the room offers spectacular view over the pool and lake. The food was very good, we ate here breakfast, lunch and dinner and we liked all meals! It offers an a la carte menu which we liked very much, we were sick of buffet style ... We tried also the massages, which were pretty nice as well. Last but not least, the personnel was very kind, attentive and always happy to help you with anything you want. They offer you a personal butler which is available anytime for you at a ring distance (they even give you a phone to call him directly when you need anything).

This hotel was a lovely surprise, beautiful, incredible staff, the best food! Especially the breakfast. It's 30 min away from Kandy but the peace, the nature, it's very much appreciated. And it's easy to request a tuk tuk to take you to the city.

The spa, could be a better experience. It had no music, the lights weren't' dimmed, it didn't have a relaxing environment.

A serene, elegantly designed boutique hotel with excellent service, nice pool, Balinese wellness, great food, and gorgeous surroundings—ideal for a restful getaway near Kandy. Beautiful are your room’s big balconiy where uou can enjoy your after dinber drinks with a good cigar.

Lovely design of room - spacious & modern. Whole resort was fantastic. Lovely quiet location overlooking a lake. Illy coffee machine in the room. Breakfast & dinner menus were varied and tasty

Towels were very poor quality - did not reflect the high quality level of the resort

Amazing hotel for relaxation. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool, were top-notch and helped me unwind. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall atmosphere of relaxation. We tried the chicken pizza and it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had, the chicken was smoked and had an amazing taste. One thing to mention, is that we’ve booked a room with jacuzzi, but it seems that it wasn’t operated for a long time as it had dust and insects in it and the temperature sensor maybe was not working well as we’ve waited for more than two hours for it to be warmed but the temperature never goes up, so we ended up not using it. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway a bit far from the crowds of Kandy.

Clean, aesthetically pleasing rooms and lobby with lots of space. Everything in the room worked well, no hiccups. Prime location next to the river, excellent service. Everyone was supper attentive to us.

Everything was so good it’s hard to say what we didn’t like! If there’s one thing it would be the price - it’s priced a lot higher than other Sri Lanka hotels, but probably worth it.

Outstanding stay at Jetwing Kandy , the room was amazing probably the best in our whole two week tour of Sri Lanka , staff were very attentitive, the hotel itself is modern and classy. We loved our stay !

Dinner and Breakfast options could have more variety , especially for vegetarians.

Stunning location, right beside the river. Very quiet and secluded. It is more than worth to be outside Kandy around 10 km. Big pool for relaxing after sightseeing and in the evening trees are illuminated. Boutique character with only 26 rooms. Newest Jetwing property operating since 2020, interior design is fantastic and new. Wonderful breakfasts.

Maintenance will need attention in the future since it is in hills and the rain affects the buildings.
