Good location. The room was cool, but the staff provided a heater. Breakfast was good.

The pillows had an unpleasant smell, so we had to place our own items on them to avoid the odor. I think they should be replaced. Another unpleasant situation happened with the driver provided by the hotel. We had a trip to Unawatuna, and the driver did not know the route well. The price of 30,000 LKR was agreed upon with the hotel owner, but in the end, the driver asked us to pay extra for the road. This was very unpleasant, and it’s not about the money. The car’s air conditioning was not working well, and it was hot inside. We spent 6 hours on the road. I do not recommend booking a taxi through the hotel.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, room and bathroom are very clean. Nice calm surroundings. They had special attention on our kids food. Food was good. Hot water is with good temperature. Staff is super helpful. They even attended to our special request on arranging a theewheeler at a reasonable price to see a waterfall. Super accessible from the city. Only 5min drive. We had the best value for our money.

Cozy B&B, clean, comfortable and very centric. Walkable to the city center. The staff is great. Hassi, from the hotel, arranged to show me around the places I wanted to visit and for a good rate. He was great company and safe driver. The continental breakfast is also very good and complete. Lastly, I work remote and the wifi was reliable and worked perfectly for what I needed.

The location, the staff. They provided us transfer to the places we wanted to go at a very good price. On the check out date when we left at 5:30 they gave us packed breakfast.

It was very cold the first night. I couldn’t sleep. The next day they gave us a heater and it was ok.

Large room with a front seating area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Good quiet location about 10 minute walk to the main part of town. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk the other direction. The breakfast was very good toast, omelet, mixed fruit plate, yogurt, marmalade, cake, and tea or coffee.

This property is gorgeous - reminds me of a chalet and well located. Whilst the bedrooms are humble the buildings architecture is well done and the breakfast area is particularly wholesome. What really stood however is the staff who were warm, generous, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making us feel at home :)

Responsive and a very helpful staff! Great breakfast!Walkable distance to main spots of Nuwara Eliya. Everything was clean and if anything was needed, staff quickly provided that for us. We went to Horton plains at 5:30 in the morning and had our breakfast to go. Overall, it was both a great experience and pleasure!

The place is very special because of Haritha. It literally means plantations and he is doing so many nice indoor plants projects apart from doing room services. The hotel is clean, quiet, and close to the centre. We stayed in 3 different places in Nuwara Eliya, and for the last few years, maybe few dozens. So far, the best place. We stayed in their apartment.

The best thing about this property was the manager Hasi he is so humble soft spoken and good that it will fill you with warmth despite the cool weather there. He is a gem of a person and you just have to ask it, he has solutions for your every problem, be it stay, food, travel, pick up, or rest and amenities he has them all covered. The property is pretty well looked after, good location.

Great acceuil with tea and cake, with the best tea we had in Sri Lanka. Very cozy, nice wood smell everywhere, nice decor overall great vibe. The shower had warm water, albeit with low water pressure. Good location at the doorstep of Nuwara Eliya.
