we stayed in a suite room that was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing and beds were very comfortable staff was very attentive and helpful

unfortunately the reception called us at 9am asking if we want to stay one day longer, they woke us up and i told them that we will discuss and get back to them. they called again in 30 min and it was too much pressure for me

Location, view, quietness, easy access to the hotel, close to Nuwara Eliya Lake, the town center, restaurants and cafes. The hotel manager was a helpful and kind man, he was keen to provide the best possible services to the guests.

Breakfast, the noise from the guests in the rest of hotel rooms, the unprofessionalism of service staff in providing services, calling the guest in the room late at night to ask about type of breakfast he wants to have next day, the surprise is that you do not find anything ready of what you requested, the laundry service is bad and expensive, washing is done with water only without useing any detergents, some clothes are returned dirty.

The hotel is pretty amazing. Such a beautiful hotel with an a great view. Staff is very friendly and they are very kind to accommodate our visit with professional way. Rooms are very spacious, clean and bed are amazingly comfortable. We had a great night there. We got the western breakfast but they could improve on the menu a little bit. Food was fantastic but they could improve on the quality of the food. scrambled eggs were bit watery and they only provided eggs, 2 sausages, fried tomato and fresh slice of bread. They could add a toasted slice of bread with the scrambled eggs and add bacon as well. They acted immediately for our request which was great. So I dont put this as a complaint, just a suggestion for a better experience. We will definitely stay with this place again. This place is worth your price :)

Breakfast is served in the room upon request (This is the better option). Choice of Sri Lankan or Western menu, slight change on daily basis. Located in a quiet neighbourhood among a few other hotels.

Some amenities have wear and tear, owners need to take note and replace them on time. Towels have seen better days, although clean.

Although the hotel was a little walk from town the view made up for that. Spectacular view over the valley. Dining staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It was good to have a restaurant in the hotel as it is situated a little out of town. The room was very large and the bed good.

We had to make a last minute booking and reached the hotel around midnight. The staff received us. It's a great hotel in a great location with all the amenities. Has a in-house restaurant as well where we had our breakfast. The room was nice clean and spacious. Bathroom as well. No complaints.

Location was quite and scenic. Pub facilities were available, but we did it use it. Everything was good with the exception of hot water, which took a while to reach the shower.

Everything about this stay was great, the comfort of the hotel, the warm hospitality of the staffs and the food was most delicious. In short, a great stay with complete satisfaction.

Walls are 'paper' so it can be very noisy.
