The room is beautiful and very spacious, and on top of that, we were able to relax in the lovely living room / lounge, which is used as a shared space where breakfast and other meals are served. The terrace outside is also available which has beautiful views. Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and arranged local transport for us on several occasions. The Villa is within walking distance of the town centre, about 15 minutes via a shortcut walking way, which the host kindly showed us. The bed was super comfy, and breakfast was delicious (with a choice of western or Sri Lankan)!

The front door is locked after dark and in the early morning, so if you come back late, you have to call him to get the door opened (your room key doesn't open the front door). Some will like that safety aspect, but I prefer to have the independence, not needing someone to let us in.

The location is stunning. Though it's a little hard to find initially and I wish the signs were larger and more obvious, once you know where to go it's not complicated. The view is incredible. You can see the whole of Nuwara Eliya in one frame from the balcony. A very unique experience. Just far enough from the main road to have a quiet and peaceful environment to relax in.

There are small roads leading up to the property but it is to be expected as most places in Nuwara Eliya that aren't directly on the main road are like this.

The Built quality , architecture and interior/exteriors of the property were fabulous and very well maintained amidst nature. The caretakers and owner Mr.Rohan also arranged a cake for us on request since it was our marriage anniversary. One of the best places to stay at Nuwara Eliya if you want to enjoy the nature , good food, ambience, outstanding views and great Hospitality of Mr.Claude and Chaminda that make you feel at home. Thank you for making it Super special for us.

The property is at a hill so the approach road is a bit narrow but manageable by car/bike.

Everything was just super amazing! The place is beautiful with a lovely, soothing feeling. Such a warm vibe. The caretaker Mr. Claude is super awesome and always ready to help, and having a conversation with him is such a delight. And the food cooked by Mr. Chaminda was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great, only the approach road is slightly tricky but it's nothing much to worry about.

One of the nicest accommodations in Sri Lanka. Clean and spacious rooms with a large bathroom. I must highly appreciate the excellent communication with the host. He was very helpful throughout our stay, extremely polite, and assisted us in planning our itinerary. He also arranged reliable transportation around the area. From the very first meeting, we felt at home and truly welcomed. The city and its surroundings offer plenty of things to explore. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay in Nuwara Eliya, you shouldn’t miss this place!

The property is very well maintained and is an absolute value for money. Chamind and his wife do an excellent job with the upkeep of the place and take the utmost care of guests. They were kind enough to prepare us dinner as we had requested (which was a deviation from their set menu) when we reached quite late at night in the middle of a major downpour. I loved their breakfast too. Though it is a lovely property, their hospitality alone is reason enough for me to come back to this place again.

It is a bit far from the main road but the magnificent views from the rooms totally makes up for it.

Our room was beautiful. The room itself and the bathroom were very large and the balcony views were beautiful. Chaminda was so attentive and friendly, and made us feel at home. He gave us great recommendations of what to do in town and was very helpful overall.

Although the accommodation is close to town, the location was quite tricky for tuk tuks to get to. However, the view was exceptional and Chaminda organised our tuk tuks for our stay so it was never an issue to get a ride into town or back to the accomodation. You can walk into town but it is quite steep and the roads are very uneven.

It’s such a stunning property that has everything you need. Breakfast was great and Claude made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He was an amazing host!

Road is a little rocky in case you are driving!

Friendly host who welcomed us warmly upon arrival with a delicious cup of tea and gave us some helpful advice for exploring Nuwara Eliya. Room is very classy, modern and spacious. Incredible views from the room. Short tuk tuk ride to Nuwara Eliya town. Good value for money.

Some things weren't working in the room. Couldn't get the TV working, bidet didn't function and main light wouldn't turn on. Warm water runs out after a while of showering. Needs a break to produce warm water again. Was surprised that it can be a bit noisy at night. Probably not the most noise proof room as it has a thin roof and the balcony doors don't keep too much sound out either. Didn't sleep the best but maybe that was just an anomaly.

The caretaker Chaminda was an excellent person ..from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Chaminda and his wife prepared excellent breakfast and was available for any help that was required. Five stars to his hospitality.

There were no charging points for charging mobile phones or laptops. No station where one can keep a laptop and work. The location of the Villa is quite inside and far from any amenities. The inhouse food menu is way expensive than what one can get from restaurants outside..
