We vacationed in October. Friendly staff, clean room, clean pool and sun loungers. The ocean is across the road. Breakfast to choose from, ok, but not great. In general, in all hotels where this happened.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. At the end of the trip there was already sand on the floor, as it was carried from the street and the beach. Perhaps if we had asked, they would have removed it, but we didn’t ask because we were there for 3 days. Smells damp. It was undergoing renovations when we were there and there were knocking noises throughout the day. And the view from the window into the wall, we were on the first floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean with fresh towels. The breakfast was excellent, I especially loved their smoothie bowl. We also tried dinner—delicious as well! The ambiance was very relaxed. The staff were incredibly attentive. The location is perfect, just opposite the best surf spot and close to the city center. I also had the chance to visit their brand-new rooms, which are of much higher quality, with a huge bay window overlooking the sea. Beautiful.

Staff is very friendly. So genuine and kind, always ready to help and very welcoming. Very clean. Someone is always sweeping or cleaning. The rooms were clean and comfortable and air-conditioning worked great. Location for us was perfect. Directly across the street from the best part of the surf break. Lots of places to rent boards right there. Very easy walk to mant restaurants and town. Exceeded expectations and would definitely recommend. Great value for what you get. Breakfast included, was filling and good.

The place is in perfect location - 1 min away from the beach and all surfing schools. Cozy pool area, clean big pool. Spacious hotel - huge restaurant area, few corners for cosy calm relax in hamak or even a game room for cards or other table games. Rooms are clean, spacious, good ventilation, big balconies. Good restaurant with various food to choose. We booked here for 3 days and stayed for another 3 - you just dont need to stay at crowded Mirissa or other places, if you're searching for calm, cozy, family friendly place.

We stayed here for more than a month. Everything is great. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing every time. They really take care of their guests. The location is one of the best in Weligama, you cross the street to surf. It's close to all the things you need. Just perfect. Pool is great and clean.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. We had the chance to see the new rooms which are big and very nice. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the surf schools. They organized our different transfers and it was perfect each time.

The room was basic but comfortable with good ac and a lovely hot shower. Bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The breakfast was good and enough. I had grilled prawns for dinner which were very tasty. Staff were friendly.

The room window looked out into the bar and pool area which meant that the curtain had to be kept closed most of the time for privacy. This area of Weligama does not have the cleanest of beaches! Very much litter making it feel a tad grubby. If I were to go back I would stay further towards Galle.

Great location, just opposite of the beach. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. The owner and all of the staff are very nice and accommodating. Pool area and restaurant area nice and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Weligama

We booked a room with sea view, however, while the room we received faces the direction of the sea it doesn't have see view because the street and trees are in the way. Also, just a heads up, paying by card incurs extra charges of 3 percent which is not specified anywhere and is a bit of a schlepp to only find out on arrival (they do kind of insist the bill is paid right away)

Excellent Location, Rooms and bathrooms could have been a little bigger but nevertheless were clean , breakfast at the resort was basic but tasted good .the staff and the owner were friendly and helped us with other eatery options and reservations. Pool was very clean with Loungers.

The Kitchen at the Resort Closes very early (9pm), but we got packed food from outside and sat till a bit late for which they did not object . Mosquito Menace (lots of them) .

The staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging us transport to the airport and let us check out later for a later flight. Room was immaculately clean and bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and cool aircon. Bathroom supplied shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. Great coffee for breakfast too.
