Upon arrival the hotel was clean, stylish and had many luxury cars parked outside. The main lobby was bustling with activity, with a live DJ playing landmark music as a happy mix of locals and international guests enjoyed drinks and conversations. The young man at front desk was smartly dressed, pleasant and incredibly friendly. He directed me to the room and the area for breakfast. All the while I was soaking in the relaxed, cozy, biophillic interior design that made the hotel feel safe and luxurious. The room was the same. Incredibly clean, furniture, lights and power outlets where you need them, the bathroom was modern, roomy and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view out across the river was incredible, especially facing the sunset. There was more than enough choice for breakfast. Great service from the team clearing plates and keeping the buffet full of food. Definitely more than enough to keep anyone going for the day. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will 100% be returning very very soon. The short distance from the city center, stylish setting and top class staff made my stay exquisite.

The only downside, (which in fairness, seems to be a trend in many hotels in Sweden), is the fact parking for guests is not free and not cheap. It is done via the Parkster app and can cost around 20 GBP or more per day.

The rooms were very good. Bed was comfortable, pillows great, and the space good. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the harbour. With a taxi you will be in the center in no time. The hotel has several games available, like biljarts, shuffle board. The bar looks great, as does the restaurant. Also the outside terrace is very nicely located.

The breakfast could have been better. We went to the breakfast at 09.30, and it looked like they alreaddy took away a lot of stuff. But maybe it was just a minimum breakfast. As they just reopend, I guess they were looking for the right quantities.

We were totally impressed about the hotel interior. Fireplace, book shelves, and all this transformed into sophisticated party area by night, game room, great vibes, magical view from the room, big bed with cozy pillows in all colours, writer's table, chic interior, surprises all the time - simply awesome hotel experience!

Parking at the hotel is arranged through Parkster App and was quite expensive; almost 20 EUR per day... and if you are not with car the city centre is a bit distanced from this location.

Breakfast was as expected. Varied and plentiful with a good selection and fresh produce, mostly local. Parking was available just outside reception. The new decor is fabulous and the large bar/library/reception area a joy to hang out in.

The new spa is not yet ready/available. The bathroom is a bit dated and small. Should have been refurbished when everything else was. Apart from that nothing to complain about. I will be back when the spa is ready, for sure!

Very nice place. Nice common areas with chairs, tables and games, including table tennis. Its a nice place with classic decor. The breakfast is great. The restaurant is also great with beautiful views. The room was great too.

Some of the staff seemed busy and just not super polite somehow. Not a big deal though. Others were very pleasant.

Firstly, when I arrived on Friday evening, the hotel was buzzing with people, which made me feel really welcome. It seemed like the perfect place to hang out — unfortunately, I had other plans. I don't know if this happens every Friday, but it sounded amazing! I had a nice walk in the vicinity in the early morning. The breakfast was gorgeous! The staff were helpful and friendly. Thumbs up!

Welcoming and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The shampoo and shower gel smelled delicious. There were lovely views of the sculpture garden from our room. The breakfast was just fabulous.

Great facilities. Stunning bar, nice restaurant and the outdoor area (terrace) had a wonderful view. Our rooms also had very nice views and the experience was very comfortable and pleasant. The service was great and welcoming:)

Cozy hotel with a lively bar. Renovations have given the property a much needed facelift.

Unfortunate they didn’t change the windows as they let in quite a bit of the cold air…

An amazing hotel with elegant interios, proffessional, kind and helpful personnel and an embracing atmosphere. The ametities were beyond expectations. Everything was thougth through to the last detail. 10/10
