Suite was big enough and was equipped with more or less everything needed. Only missing wifi password was communicated via Booking.com communicator. The location is nice but a bit far away from the city center and Arlanda airport as well (1h 20min). As a big bonus I consider the possibility of travelling on commuter ferries, which in themselves are an attraction for Central Europeans. A grocery store and restaurants were in walkable distance (5 min).

During Friday evening we experienced a power outage, which was not that serious, but after the power was restored the elevator did not work. Unfortunately this cannot be reported anywhere as the online reception only works on weekdays. There was a client on a wheelchair staying on the floor with us who was probably trapped in his room for the whole weekend as we met him twice trying to get on the elevator. I understand that the physical front desk may be outdated, but the service of the online one should be working all week and be responsive in such situations.

Good value for money, clean apartment, felt secure and safe. Rooms were a good size and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable.

Got very hot and had to sleep with windows open. With trains and construction sites nearby this meant it was very loud and didn’t sleep very well because of this. Instructions to check in were not as clear as they could have been.

The building, room, and facilities were all very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, and the bathroom was clean. The bed sheets and pillows were perfectly white and fresh. The location is convenient, close to train line 21 and also near the seaside boat station, making it easy to reach the old town by a pleasant 40-minute boat ride. The neighborhood is calm, and the building itself is quiet—ideal for a comfortable stay.

the sofa and the rug on the floor were a bit dirty, there was some hair on the sofa. there is no grocery shop all around.

Room was as described, check in process smooth, you make your own room key using a code. Room had kitchenette, bathroom, Murphy bed, TV that you can attach a hmdi cable to, but not screencast. Coffee machine in room. There is a laundry room with iron, two washing machines, two tumble dryers, and a drying cupboard. Location is a bit far out from centre but well connected - the accommodation is 1 minute walk from the Lidingö tram Aga station and also 5 minute to the commuter ferry. There are two supermarkets a short walk away, plus a couple of nice restaurants and a max burger. I hurt my leg while I was there and needed crutches - it was accessible enough, lifts to get up and down, and the building entrance had an automatic door but the inner security door was not automatic.

Because there were no staff, you had to try to catch the cleaners as they went past if you needed an extra bin bag or toilet rolls. Some cigarette burns on carpet and sofa. Lots of marks on walls in room and corridors. Cooking equipment was clean but not new. If you stay more than one week they will clean the room but not say when they will do this and there is no one to ask.

Excellent location and facilities. Transport system and supermarkets within walking distance. We couldn’t fault it in any way! Even setting up the keys on arrival, we hadn’t received the pin so I called the number provided to BooBoo Living and was talked through the process. The lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful ☺️ We had a 2 bed apartment which was very spacious and provided everything we needed for a week’s stay. There are 2 excellent supermarkets within 10 mins walking and the water taxis 5 mins away. The trams 2 mins away!! We would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you

Value for money in a sense. Distant location though it's easy to access with metro+tram combination (tunnelbana+lidingöbana). This works for someone who likes to stay away from the city. Beds are good. Check-in and a accessing the property was easy and well-instructed.

The air quality is poor and it's hot inside. Due to the noise from the street you cannot keep the windows/balcony doors open. It wasn't that hot weather during our visit (just below 20 degrees outside) so I can only imagine how it is during the summer heat. No oven in the kitchen. TV didn't work. Apartment is a bit worn out and limited supplies are provided.

Excellent location. Only three minutes away from tram and ferry. Very frequent transportation means. Super market in 300 meters away. The apartment had two bedrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with hot water at any time of the day. Very quiet neighborhood and near the sea.

The only thing we didn't like at all was cleanness. When we arrived we saw a notice saying that cleaning service passes some time in the week and we should be there to open the door if we would like the room to be cleaned. But no other sign of when this might happen so to be there. As a result the room was not cleaned for a whole week.

Great spot, connected to the city with bus, tram or boat. Very peaceful location, you can sit next to the water and just relax. A few ppl here are mentioning the noise of the tram, but I think it was okay, it wasn’t so bad. Just a normal noise in the city; you don’t even notice after a while.

A few cleaning rules are written next to the elevator on the ground floor and only there, I noticed it by accident, tbh. You have to follow them, if not, they are gonna charge you 2000 SEK. I was shocked to find it in such a place, usually, it’s send right away with the booking. It left a bad taste. Second, they have a problem with fruit flies in the garbage room (and you can find them in your own room, disgusting).

Easy online check-in beforehand and no queue at the entrance. You activate your door key cards with the pin and that's it. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen was equipped with necessary dishes and a little fridge - all you need in such a nice city. You can open the windows to let fresh air in. Spacious bathroom with typical Scandinavian style. Two supermarkets (ICA+Willys) just 10 mins away by foot. Tje best is the ferry port just 3 mins away from where you can cruise into the centre and Djurgarden. Another advantage is the free-cancellation-policy until just a few days before arrival.

The bed is locked away in a wardrobe. Thus the quality of the system is not that high and the comfort is limited. We missed a dish towel in the kitchen but luckily brought our own. No breakfast options here or in the surroundings. Drawback: we booked some months in advance and saw just two weeks before arrival that the price for exactly the same setup was 50% lower.

The room itself was well-designed, spacious, and mostly clean. I appreciated the small kitchen, which had a compact fridge and all the necessary dishes and utensils for one or two people. The bathroom was clean and functional. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and other items. The work table and convenient shelves were a thoughtful addition, making it easy to stay organized. The location was also a strong point, being close to a tram station and two grocery stores, which made getting around and shopping very convenient.

The check-in process could use improvement, as it wasn’t very clear, and communication was slower than expected. It’s better to call them directly for faster responses. The sofa in the room was dirty but covered with clean linen, which felt like a temporary fix. Additionally, the door handle was loose and not well-fixed, which was slightly concerning. While the staff did replace a non-working iron the next day after I requested it, this could have been checked beforehand. Lastly, the lobby and common areas outside the room were somewhat dirty, which detracted from the overall experience.
