Welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff at reception who provided guidance regarding the city's transport systems - the nearest metro station is within 500 metres. We arrived in time to take advantage of afternoon "fika" - an added bonus. An evening meal - buffet format - was included within the room tariff and this was certainly more filling than the "light" description on the hotel's website. There was a large and varied selection of items at the continental breakfast which was equally as good and tasty as the evening meal. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom; good water pressure and range of temperature from the shower. The curtains provided good black-out, and we were able to open the window for added ventilation - not sure whether any other method, e.g. air con, was available to regulate the temperature. Although there wasn't any suitable secure storage area for a bike, the staff were happy for us to store ours in the room as there was plenty of space; (but not height capacity for the bike to remain on the car's roof in the underground carpark). Parking was available in a nearby underground carpark, although there was a charge for this. There seemed to be substantial tolerance regarding early check-ins and late check-outs, with the staff happy to permit us to leave our luggage in the locked storage room until the early evening following our visit to various sites in Stockholm.

My sister and I were in Stockholm for the 40th anniversary race of Tjejmilen. This was the 5th time we had been for it. We usually stay in an apartment so we can cook ourselves but this year I found this hotel - with breakfast and dinner included. What a find. We were impressed with both meals and had enough to keep us going. The salad that is available with dinner was lovely. Tea and coffee is available at all times in the lounge and with a kettle in your room too which was perfect. The room had everything we needed - upgraded to a superior room. The large shower was lovely. The twin beds comfortable. There is a local supermarket which stocked anything you may need - but a bit expensive. The location is on good bus and underground routes to get to the centre of the city and then out to the airport. It was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

The room was a little hot and the fan made a constant noise when on so we turned it off at night. The hotel can't control the weather. The dining room was a bit hectic at times but the staff did their best re-filling foods which had run low.

We always stay at this hotel because it is very close to my son's house. We feel very much at home and it is affordable for us. Being able to have dinner as part of the price is bonus. Even if we sometimes go out for dinner it is good value. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Lounge is cosy and there is good coffee 7/24.

I generally prefer if the room is cleaned every day. Here you have to tell the night before. Understandable but I still prefer if floors are cleaned and trash taken out every day even if sheets and towels are changed when requested.

The hotel is situated in a nice residential area in Stockholm. We stayed in a standard room which was large enough to accommodate a family of 4. The room was clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. There's a comfortable lounge where you can have a free tea and coffee throughout the day. We enjoyed the cake which is served in the afternoon! The food is fairly simple but no-one had any complaints and it saved us money not dining out every night. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Vasa museum and Skansen. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

The location was great. It is a 15-20 minute walk to downtown at the water. There is an amazing park very close by to the hotel. There is also a mall and lots of restaurants close by. The rooms were bigger than I expected and all came with a fan, no AC. The gym in the hotel was decent too. We also like that dinner is included as well. Standard with the Clarion hotels.

While food was ok, it was not as good as other Clarions we stayed at. The coffee machine in the common area was foul. The milk was bad. They didn’t service the machine. Parking is close by and not part of the hotel. You can park for 23 a day using the EasyPark app. The front desk tried to charge me 30 a day. Just use the app and do it yourself.

The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the rooms aren't routinely serviced - you need to ask - this is such a sensible policy. We had taken the half board package and that worked very well for us. There's a lot to see in Stockholm but (in winter anyway) nothing seems to open before 11am, so we we were always back late afternoon or early evening and to have the meal ready and waiting was so convenient. The quality of the food was good - a soup/bread and a buffet for the main course consisting of a couple of salads, some protein (eg chicken, fishcake) and some carbs (eg pasta or potato). Coffee and tea is available in the lobby all day - again, very convenient. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the underground and about a 30 min walk to the city (we're in our 60s).

The neighbourhood itself isn't particularly inspiring for overseas visitors - it's a quiet residential area. The hotel is in need of some TLC, but the lovely staff more than make up for that!

Bar prices not bad, breakfast nice choice, Fikar included and so was dinner. Coffee machines in the hotel which were unlimited. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location just a few stops from central Stockholm. Nice shopping centre nearby, small convenience shop a few steps away. I would stay here again.

I would have preferred more choice at dinner, however every meal was good. Breakfast was smaller than other hotels I've stayed at, but personally I was happy. A kettle in the room would have been preferred.

The hotel is in a quiet area, yet centrally located and close to the Stadion underground station. We opted to have breakfast and dinner in-house, which was a winning choice as both the service and the food were great, although a wider selection of cereals and cooked options would be much appreciated for breakfast. The rooms could do with a little TLC. The reception staff was always helpful when asked for assistance with figuring out how to reach specific destinations/tourist attractions/shops via public transports.

We paid for a superior room to ensure that we would get twin beds as this was one of two main requirements for us, the second being a more spacious room. We ended up in room 243 which is on the small side and had a double bed. I raised this issue with the reception staff but their various attempts to fix it without moving us to a different room were unsuccessful. This meant sleeping poorly for four nights out of the five we stayed in the hotel. Finding out the day before leaving that we were randomly assigned one of 7 rooms that did not meet the specified requirements was irritating. Having to keep asking for something that I had made very clear in my reservation and paid for on arrival was frustrating.

The Hotel is 3 metro stops from the central station + 5-8 min easy walk from the metro station. The staff was very helpful and nice. We arrived early so our rooms were not ready so they kindly helped us to put our baggage to the baggage room until we took a walk in the city. There is free tea/cafee all day in the lounge which is a very kind gesture. The rooms were practical and clean - nothing extra but OK. The breakfast and dinner was nice and they also served snack called Fika in the afternoon... Absolutely recommended.
