The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. We booked the room with the Mountain View and it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed our relaxing time in the pool and sauna and enjoyed the view that it came with. Also breakfast was included with our stay and it was really good! There was a good mix of protein savory food with plenty of options and everything we had tasted really good. We were able to do a few hikes from this location and were able to also visit Oeschinensee as well.

The only downside was no AC since we visited at the end of June and it was quite hot but seems like that is the norm in Switzerland/Europe. Otherwise we left the windows open and it ended up being okay.

The spa and outside pool was perfect. The room view is incredible.

The in side pool should be heated too.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The spa facilities are superb. The staff super nice and friendly. We were also lucky to stay at the hotel during the wellness days where we participated in some nice sessions free of charge. We were also given the mini countryman for free for a nearby excursion.

The rooms are a bit basic for the price in terms of materials, decoration and overall vibe. The food at the breakfast buffet, at the bar and at the indoors sitting area where of limited range and at the bar limited quality too. However the overall feeling was good and would still recommend it.

The staff was very friendly - especially the young Hungarian woman at the reception desk. The breakfast was of great variety, high quality- but they didn't have non- diary milk. The pool is pretty small and many Asian tourists take their time to make selfies there which is ab it annoying. The sauna is not very big either, but sufficient - one 1 big room with Finnish Sauna and 1 big steam room and we enjoyed it as we had 2 cold days. The beds were very committable. Free water in the room. Free apples at the reception. Very nice, cosy and stylish interior. We also had a very delicious meal at a near by Hungarian owned restaurant

The hotel is in a beautiful location, with amazing views. The bus station is right across the street, which is convenient. You can see Engstligen Falls from the balcony, pool, lounge area, and breakfast area. The views are incredible! The buffet breakfast is good. The dinner menu is also nice, but it's a bit expensive. But, that's to be expected in the Swiss mountains. The pools are clean and the temperature is perfect for relaxing. They have a sauna and a small fitness room. There's also billiards, a piano, a playroom, a lounge area, and a meeting room. They have a lot to offer!

The hotel was nice and cosy, but the most outstanding part was the view! The room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The bus stop is located literally in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient to reach it after a long travel day.

The room was a bit dark to my preference. The breakfast was nice, but for this price range I would expect more variety.

Room and facilities were excellent

Breakfast was ordinary. Too many unruly children and pets spoiling the relaxed spa vibe that we paid for. Poor communication from staff regarding certain hotel facilities. Despite there being a sign prohibiting cameras from the spa area, at times you could not move for people taking selfies in the hot pool. Very annoying.

The service was outstanding and very personal in every aspect! I felt welcome and excellently serviced both at the reception, breakfast room and the bar (where I also ate dinner). This has been an unforgetable experience! The room was very modern and quiet. The sauna and bath offered everything. The massage was able to relieve me from all backpain I had. The breakfast was outstanding and very diverse. The meals have been a great pleasure. The whole team has been motivated.

Room (Cambrian Suite) was fantastic; spacious, comfortable, clean and 3 balconies to maximise views Breakfast was good, wide selection of food Loved the lobby/axe bar area; axe bar burger was tasty Staff were excellent, able to recommend a place to eat and checking on guests travel plans when roads were briefly closed.

Would be nice to have a few more loungers in both the sauna and pool areas, preferably singles as not everyone comes with partners/friends (although acknowledge additional space is limited). In the sauna, a change wall or cubicle for privacy (if coming from the pool area) would be welcomed.
