After reading lots of negative reviews about this hotel we were a bit concerned, but the hotel is just regular. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about either. Clean, spacious room with a balcony, bathroom with soap and shower gel, kettle with cups, a couple of instant coffee sachets and tea bags, small fridge. Absolutely fine for an overnight and even a longer stay. We wouldn't mind coming back!

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was dust and hair on the floor and a seemingly used towel in the bathroom.

There was a little kitchen in the room but not a single plate or cup. There was instant coffee available and an electric kettle but, without cups, we couldn’t use it. Two cups and a glass would have been excellent.

Location is great. We found the kitchenette reasonable for a family with two children (we read the negative feedback and were prepared for any scenario, but found that the kitchen had all the utensils required for a low -maintenance utilisation). There is no staff, I did not use the phone contact as it was not needed, so cannot review from that perspective.

It's not a 2 bedroom apartment, it's two rooms with a small kitchenette. Which is fine, we were prepared for that having read the reviews, but the booking can be misleading. It would be better to make it clear, people will still book it and enjoy it, but have the correct expectations. I would have provided different feedback had I not read the reviews beforehand. Do not expect to be able to communicate any specific requirements and hope to be met. Communication is minimum, what you book is what you get, including check-in/check out times, no flexibility.

They should include the local tourist tax directly in the rate paid upfront. Paying it afterwards is a bit cumbersome and "out of date"

Check process was seamless, the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. Great hotel.
