I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my pet, and we both felt incredibly welcomed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and ensured all our needs were met, making our stay very comfortable. We dined at the hotel's restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the experience was delightful. The food was delicious, with generous portions that left us satisfied. The dining service was impressively fast and efficient, contributing to an overall enjoyable meal experience. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various transportation options, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, the outdoor parking available for guests is spacious and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for those traveling with vehicles. Overall, this hotel was an excellent discovery! Highly recommended for both solo travelers and those with pets.

Just a beautiful location. Even though it was just my wife and I, it was nice to see young kids with family enjoying themselves in this cool and relaxed hotel. The Receptionist was very helpful and super friendly. Very nice breakfast. Excellent comfortable room.

A regular bathroom door, as opposed to the sliding glass door, would be a little better. Not a huge deal. Just fyi.

The staff were exceptional! The hotel is very Family oriented with lots of activities. The hotel is very clean and modern. My room had nice carpet and furniture making it very comfortable to stay. The location was perfect for my planned activities, and I used the free Bahn pass to go on the cable car.

The room, the view outside and the cable rides we could enjoy for free. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The dinner was not that great and was very expensive.

I liked the fact that the tickets for the gondolas were included. This is the reason i will return.

I did not like that the breakfast table was pre selected. i want to sit where i want if available.

very nice and polite staffing, the Guys who check-in was really amazing( sorry can not recall his name), and Stephen was very helpful he did guide us about the surrounding areas. Although we did not use the free passes but helpful for free excess to facilities in Adelboden( like cable car/swimming pool)

Kids klub, location. The hotel has a lot of stuff for kids, you can even use their sledges. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Bathroom was a bit outdated

Good location. Average size room but well planned. Parking next to the hotel. Peaceful.

The layout was a bit confusing with change of the elevator. Was not a big deal for me; but if you are traveling with lots of baggage, it might be a concern.

Very lovely staff. Room was woww alot bigger then i expected. We loved it. They gave us guest travel card which we used to travel for free on the cable cars.

The view from the room window is perfect 🤩

There is no air condition or fans in the rooms, so it’s a bit hot in the night 🫤
