Good value for money, modern apartments with a smart layout.

Check-out wasn‘t very professional, check-out time at 10am and check-in at 3pm, 5 hours break between and they still ask you to bring your own trash out and remove the bed linen. Unfortunately, the fridge was also a bit dirty. I would have given this as a feedback if I would have been requested how my stay was at the check-out but the staff didn‘t think it was necessary to ask me. Also, when I asked a question via the Booking chat, the answer wasn‘t very professional and friendly.

A list of what I liked - The restaurant had amazing food and even though switzerland is known for having very expensive meals, all of the meals I ate was worth it. I tried their margharita pizza, and two types of pasta, and they were worth every single penny. - The wellness center! Amazing facility that has a small fitness, pool, a bubble pool, sauna, steam bath, relax room. The pool had an amazing view to the mountains, and We found it very comforting at sunset to sit in the pool and relax. The Sauna and Steam Bath are very relaxing followed by some minutes in the relax room with a nice cup of tea. This made the place 10 times better. - The lounge. They also had a lounge with a 8 ball pool table, table tennis, table football and also lots of sofas. Very nice area but we found it a little bit dry as there was not any people. My thought is that the place was originally designed for Ski vacations, and we were there in the summer so that could explain why the lounge felt a bit dead. - The location. Very peacefull location, and while we were at that stay we felt that the environment gave us a break from our lifes. We are young guys (20 years average age) and a lot of our time is consumed with our telefones, computers etc. This place was a great place to take a break from that technological life. It was peacefull. The view to the mountain, the weather, the air feeling clean, the river stream that we can hear. Everything was great. - The Resort. The resort looked nice and was very clean. We also had a terass that was a nice edition. The only thing we could complain about was the lack of AC (aircondition) in the resort. The resort was primarilly wooden and had a lot of windows. The place could get very hot in the summer. But again I can imagine that the place was designed for Ski vacations in the winter and therefore it would be smart that it is wooden to keep the warmth. - The staff. Very helpfull and kind. nothing more to be said

The only thing to complain about - We felt that the Wellness center closed early, and would have appreciated it being open further till 12 o'clock. It closed at 21 o'clock. - The resort can get hot in the summer. (remember the place is designed for winter ski vacations) That is it. everything else was amazing.

All. And special thanks for reception staff. Very warm welcoming, very good information and offers for souranding area. We enjoy the very economic travel around with train and cable cars with 20 CHFcard valid for 7 days. Amaizing. The hotels resort has the best underground garrage ever since I am traveling. All rooms has one place in.

The apartment I stayed in was on the ground floor and was nice and easy to go out and walk. The apartment has almost all the necessities. This is my second time staying in this lovely resort.

When checked in, the lady at the reception wasn't helpful and was busy with her mobile and gave us wrong room and insisted there were no other rooms available when I became firm with her hence she changed the room. The apartments are small and stuffed.

We had a very relaxing family time in extremely clean rooms :) The wellness area was great and the breakfast was perfect. check-in and out were fast and easy. We will go back for sure :) The rooms were warm and the beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable. we had four sets of towels available , all sizes including towels for the wellness area.

I wish we had products in the bathroom. There were only two little soap bottles, we didn't know we had to bring our own. But there is a supermarket next door :D

It was a resort. Meaning it had some features that would help a lot on rainy days. Swimming in the Spa was our favorite thing. Location is perfect in awesome Swiss Alps. People are very nice everywhere. Supermarket attached to the resort. Perfect.

We were confused because of breakfast. We found this on trip advisor for a price with breakfast included. But after booking on Booking.com it excluded that breakfast but the price was the same. Bit confusing and bit of a let down.

Amazing location with brand-new amenities! The kitchen looked small on the posting, but had everything we needed to cook apres ski meals. 30-second walk to the gondola. Grocery store next door. Beautiful spa and wellness area. There’s a place for sledding outside for those that don’t want to ski.

Fabulous resort with so many facilities a d in a beautiful location. Right next to cable car which you have to take to go up the mountain for the most amazing views.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The whole complex felt fresh and new. The spa facility was a fantastic addition. The ski storage room was the best I have ever seen. The location to the ski lift, the piste, the restaurant and the supermarket were perfect. It felt very family friendly

The apartment had plenty of closet space, but we felt that the room needed some more hooks on the walls to hang coats or wet clothes. This ought to be a cheap and easy fix. The kitchenette was good enough, but would have been better with four rings instead of two on the hob, a proper oven instead of the multipurpose microwave. Also, a freezer section in the fridge for stuff like ice cream would have been appreciated. Overall the kitchen was very useful, but you had to be smart if you wanted to cook a big meal.

Room excellent. Woodwork, fixtures, color schemes awesome. Amenities great. Breakfast had many options.

Location – far from main train station. Advice on getting to hotel (taxi, Uber, bus, hotel shuttle…).
