The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, On top of that, the room was huge. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room decoration felt incomplete — probably due to the large size of the room, which made it seem a bit empty. Additionally, I found the breakfast price (17 CHF) quite expensive, especially since I don’t eat enough to justify the cost.

The hotel staff is absolutely fantastic, always there to help! The room was small and cozy, easily accessible, and the bathroom was very nice! The hotel provided a public transportation card for the whole stay, after paying tourist tax. It is a bit far from the city center but great for a business trips

There is an option for breakfast but not for other meals in the hotel, and there are maybe 2-3 restaurants nearby. The room doesn't have a mini fridge so even if you want to have some small snacks in the room, there can't be anything that can't stay at room temperature. If you have light sleep, you will hear people in the hallway passing your door. The only thing that I was confused with is that they don't change bedsheets or towels even for a 6 night stay

Chaotic breakfast - more staff needed to cope with numbers. When we arrived every table was either occupied or covered in dirty crockery Fully openable large 2nd floor window - safety issue!! No tea/coffee facilities in room Also a mirror in room at head height would be a useful addition

The room and the entire hotel are spotlessly clean. The room was also spacious. The towels were changed on a daily basis, and more than that, the entire room was cleaned to perfection the minute you left the premises day after day. Such basic standards are nowadays a rarity to see even in hotels with four stars attached to them. The staff went into extra length to provide for me the most quiet room in the house. I slept like a baby and could finally have a good rest.

Rooms are not equipped with phones to contact the reception in case of emergency or need be. A little bit remote from the city centre but still easily accessible due to excellent public transportation connections.

Absence of the tea kettle in the room. Be ready for an additional tourist tax 5.5 CHF per person without any info in advance, except the already included and payed through booking city tax 17€ and normal tax 5€. Breakfast doesn’t have any articles for gluten free or lactose free diet. I was happy to get almond milk. So I could drink americano with milk;) thanks the helpful staff.

We were 3 colleagues on a business trip, so sleeping and breakfast only in the hotel. The hotel is clean, room was spacious, location OK. You get a ticket for local public transport for the duration of your stay, which was really convenient, so we could leave the car in the parking provided by the hotel and included in the price. Breakfast was good, standard selection of hot and cold options, continental. Served our purpose excellently.

Very friendly personel during Check-In and Check-Out. Stable Wifi during the entire stay. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Multiple possibilities for food (and other) shopping around.

Sadly there are less and less fridges/minibars in Hotels. This one as well. A slight minus during summer month. Window was towards a rather busy street. Sleeping with open window was not possible. Closed window shut out the noice very well-

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Parking is freely available which is optimal if you come by car

I appreciate the effort to be environmentally friendly, but I think the tower policy is a bit too restrictive. Elevators from the underground parking are not all connected to the rooms and the staff didn't explain that making it a bit difficult to find a way out. The corridors smell like plastic.

The breakfast was very good just the right type of selections. comfort of the room was excellent, I was on my own but the storage for clothes was enough for 3 to 4 people.

My only disappointment in my room was the lack of tea and coffee making in the room. I have stayed in many hotel rooms and all have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
