The breakfast was nice with many options. The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was good -- it is not located in the center, but the metro and busses are right around the corner and the hotel provides you with free transport cards.

The room itself only had the necessary facilities, but nothing more. While this was sufficient, it would have been nice to equip the rooms more. I was missing, for instance, a cup to put my toothbrush in, perhaps two instead of one pillow to choose the thickness I prefer, perhaps a picture on the wall... The room is comfortable enough and has all the essentials, but it would make the stay feel much nicer if some details had been added.

The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Really impressed with the customer service there.

The bathroom had no door, instead the toilet and shower were separated by a wall and shared a sliding door that was really noisy to move from side to side. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but was unexpected.

Room was spacious and very modern. It contained 2 pushed together beds, a table and chair, and a clothing rack. There were several towels provided as well as shower gel/shampoo. The facilities felt very modern, almost futuristic and environmentally friendly. Water in the bathroom was safe to drink. To our surprise the staff left a handwritten note to welcome us to the hotel, alongside two Swiss chocolates. The foyer is very modern, and the check-in is done through the check-in machine, which makes it possible for guests to check-in overnight. There was a security guard walking the corridors at night which made us feel safer, who was able to facilitate our check-out process. Before our arrival the staff sent several messages letting us know how to get to the hotel, and trying to accommodate our requests. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations, we would definitely come back again.

The hotel is not located anywhere near the main Lausanne train station. One has to take an extra train and then walk 15 minutes to get to the hotel. The room had an ensuite bathroom which had no door, but instead contained 2 cubicles - one for showering and one with a toilet. Cubicles' doors were semi-transparent. Altogether the arrangement was fine for a couple but would not work for family members/friends/colleagues. We could not make use of our included breakfast (nor could we get an offer without it) as we were leaving before the serving time (which was 7am at the weekend). The staff could not accommodate alternative breakfast arrangement for us.

Photos show exactly what one finds. Everything is really clean, people were amazing and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities one would need for a trip. Very spacious room and the common areas were very comfortable and cozy.

WIFI didn't work very well (well, the connection did, but it was difficult to connect for some reason). And the worst part was (this is not the hotel's fault) that there was construction work around and everything was a mess, so the entrance to the hotel was different and not very well signposted.

Very close to metro and bus stop. Supermarket close by and restaurants few minutes away. Hotel is new and clean, with bar on ground floor open until 11pm.

Rooms are quite small, and only one hanger is provided - no much room for luggage and no wardrobe, so challenging for long stays. Rooms could be equipped with a kettle and some tea/coffee. Single beds are paired together, so one needs to expect "falling in the gap" if used to double bed.

Frendly and helpfull staff at the Reception and breakfast, especially Lady who is in charge in the Morning. Spaceous Lobby to work at , nice cosy design.

No information provided during check in concerning how to enter Hotel during early Morning once you are out. I had to call Security and ask to open entrance doors for me. Eventually I figured out , the way to enter Hotel is super simple , just make sure you inform yourself in advance.

The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfy and the staff could not have been nicer.

The location. The hotel did send us a number of emails letting us know there was building works and providing alternative routes to the hotel, but in fact these routes were also now blocked by building works. The room. Very basic, which is fine as it was spotless, but could benefit from aircon, a little safe and a door on the bathroom! 🙈

Great hotel, very new, close to University. Wheelchair accessible room was good, the only downside that there is no free parking near the hotel. It was 10 min walk away. The car park near the hotel is paid.

It is close to the motorway, so very it’s a bit loud during the day. Otherwise great place to stay.

The default accommodation address in Lausanne for myself and my family. The staff is warm, polite and as sweet as can be. The hotel is new, clean, and safe. Its location is convenient for EPFL, UNIL and university dormitories. They also provide a free city transportation card. Thank you for the hospitality.

New hotel. Parking in the garage below the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Possibility of small snack in the hotel. Best of all, however, was the friendly and helpful staff.

We needed a wheelchair accessible room that was adapted to that. The only thing missing in the bathroom was a handicapped-accessible seat in the shower.
