Great surprise! The hotel offers fantastic service, and the cuisine is absolutely worth mentioning. We stayed several nights and enjoyed every single dinner — compliments to the chef, really. The team in the restaurant was also professional and friendly every evening. The overall atmosphere is positive, and the staff seem genuinely motivated. A special shoutout to the young guy at reception — I forgot his name, but he's clearly passionate (even manages their Instagram!) and gave the place real personality. I’d definitely come back, and that’s my best recommendation.

The location is not ideal for vacationers - quite far from the city centre and there’s usually traffic. The garden is small, the pool is small (but hey, it exists), and you do hear noise from the nearby street. Also, parking is available, but the charging station is like a Tesla convention - lots of drivers sitting and waiting, which can be annoying. If you drive electric, prepare to queue.

The facilities were excellent, comfortable and squeaky clean rooms. We did not have any meals there as we were there to visit friends in Rolle.

We only stayed one night in two separate rooms. Although our reservation was made well in advance, when we reached, the rooms we were presented did not correspond to our reservation. The reception agent was unpleasant, insisting he had the correct information, until I produced a written copy of our reservation that clearly confirmed our exact room configurations. This episode was disappointing as there was clearly some degree of bad faith on his part, in addition to a less than welcoming attitude in general.

Very cute hotel with everything what you need, it was clean we had nice breakfast in the room with very affordable prices. There was a balcony and we were impressed with the size of the room :-) It s quiet big. We usually stay at movenpick ouchy but last time the staff there was so rude that we won't go back. Novotel has everything you need and very nice staff the only thing is that you need car to stay there to be very comfortable which we always have. We found our new favorite place. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choice: particularly a good mark for the pancake and its machine! Amazing! The staff is very nice either at the desk or at the restaurant (breakfast, we did not try the restaurant otherwise). The cat is nice as well! To be noticed: the efforts for the Environment (the shower,.. and you can get free public transportation to the City and in the city: bus, metro... for all your stay! Bus stop is 150m from the hotel). Shower gel and Shampoo from Rituals, if you please (Ritual of Karma)!

The sofa... a bit too small for 2 teenagers or 1 adult 1 teenager... the first night was a bit hard (but also because it was a bit hot)... but it was not that bad at the end...

**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience. The reception was very good; they were very gentle with children and families. They even helped with luggage, and were very good overall. I would really like to stay there again.

Well, like I said, I liked everything about the hotel. The bar was very good, and the people at the bar were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would say it's the best place for families to go; they are very clean. I really loved everything about it; there's nothing I can complain about.

Spacious and comfortable room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The restaurant was no more expensive than others in the city center. Ample outdoor parking at extra cost. The staff was very attentive to all our concerns

Hotel a little dated. The sauna and steam room did not work when I tried to use them. Too much time spent at reception for check-in. Not very conveniently located, 1.5 hours from the city center on foot. A car is required.

I don’t like having to pay upon arrival at the accommodation. I wanted to remove breakfast from my reservation because my schedule changed, but they didn’t allow it. I feel that the hotel’s policy and the reception staff are not flexible at all. I don’t like this, as this is the second time it has happened to me.

Separatioin of the toilet and the bathroom in the room. The balcony with a nice view. The quiet location. Two comfortable chairs in the room.

Almost only decaf coffee pads in the room, that's not what you need in the morning! The shower was not closed enough to water got out to the floor. The excercise room war not equipt with the minimum of euipment.

I like the comfort of the hotel room and that there is a nice garden with a small pool on the back side. If you want to do your workout there is also a small gym at the first floor.

The position of the hotel is not close to Lausanne downtown, so you have to take your own car or a public transportation. I forgot my slippers and there were not the complimentary ones. :-(
