Our stay was really amazing, our apartment had plenty of space for three families, 6 adults and 2 kids. It was extremely peaceful and comfortable for sleeping. The facilities, especially the pool area, were perfect for keeping young children entertained and also for adults to relax in the sauna - all facilities were unlimited and this is an incredible benefit to have in case of uncooperative summer weather! Having the cable car for free to go into the hills and hike was a big plus! The resort is situated in a beautiful village with all amenities needed. Another big positive is access to the facilities for the whole days of check in and check out, so you can access the wellness facilities even if your accommodation is not yet ready for you and even when you have already checked out.

The only small negative is that the kitchen wasn't as well equipped as we had hoped for being able to cook for a large family for a week. It had everything we needed, but could have had more utensils or better knives for example. A big bonus would have been a fondue set, which we have experienced in the past in Switzerland, but this was more a hope than a requirement for us.

Mountain view from the balcony, wow! Beautiful landscape and a nice village within walking distance (bakery, café, restaurants). (In winter, it might be challenging for some cars to drive the zigzag road. However, the regular bus service can manage:-) We appreciated the free access to the pool, table tennis, etc. as well as washing machines+dryers. Cleanliness! Helpful staff. Also the summer card for free chair lift nearby was very useful.

Perhaps, the mattress on the foldable sofa in the sitting room was a little uneven. But NOT really bad!

Amazing place for relaxing and enjoying nature. Perfect place for family with kids. Our apartment had the lake and mountains view, very clean and spacious. Swimming pool with separate small kids area, jacuzzi and sauna. Indoor games and play area for kids. Outdoor pond, play area for kids as well as a bar with refreshments. Near lake and forest there is a big park with swings, slides, sand pit with amazing view, tenis court, golf, skate area, football pitch. A big plus is the Lift to go up the mountains, restaurants and lots to do and see around! People are really friendly. Highly recommend Famusa restaurant, delicious food and great staff!!

the location is amazing , the resort has small private lake which in warm days is probably used for swiming as well all the things for small kids you need , for toddlers they have ply room with amazing toys and for teenegers as , the pool and changing rooms are very very clean . breakfast is possible to be booked and delivered to your door for a very fair price. amazing

Excellent location, accessibility arrangements were spot on. Cannot fault anything really. Communication via booking.com chat was possible and responses were prompt and helpful. Even though we couldn't arrive on check in time, we could get the keys with no problem, just had to call the number they provided for assistance.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Adding a washing machine to the room would be helpful. But we went for 4 nights and managed without it just fine.

I like how beautiful the location is and our room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodated our needs while we stay. They have different activities for us. It would have been nice if the hotel has its own restaurant.

If our room's located with the Mountain View as one house is blocking our view. Also, I'm used to housekeeping cleaning our room. I don't know how to utilize this service and if it's given for free. The toiletries are limited, considering we're 4 in our room. But generally, our stay is very relaxing.

Very well kept facilities and the apartment was immaculate. We visited in June and it was fairly quiet so most of the time we had the pool to ourselves or were only sharing with one other family. It’s great for children, our son is almost 3 years old and loved it. The playroom is excellent as is the outside playground. Lots of green open space to run around in.

Not much to dislike. We would have like the sauna to have been operating for more hours, but we understand that the place was very quiet so probably not a priority at this time of year.

Everything was perfect! We have no complains about this Resort! The Resort is family friendly and there are a lot of activities for kids, also outside and inside. This Resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. The kitchen is filled with all the essential dishes and kitchen equipments. The pool and sauna was very nice. We really felt like at home during this visit!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter dropped her phone into the garbage collection point. We contacted the reception, they called for assistance and the phone was recovered by another friendly and helpful person. Highly recommend the place for an off season family getaway. The guest card must be registered, which gives you plenty of opportunities to explore the surroundings.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Great location of the resort - quiet place close to the town, next to the chairlift. Beautiful playground and little lake to swim outdoors, plus an indoor swimming pool just outside the apartment. An amazing place for a family holiday. The kids loved it. We will come back!

The air in the apartment was very very dry - despite having the windows open, heating switched off and setting the humidity control unit to the max.
