No fresh towels. Towels they provide are handkerchiefs actually. No proper cleaning or changing bedding. No bottled water. No tissue papers. The old man is not customer friendly. Hotel said they are reducing carbon emissions, however, the super-bikes were emitting smog in the lobby making uncomfortable to breath.
