The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with several eateries nearby. Check-in was easy, and the staff spoke English. They recommended a couple of massage places and even tried to call to make a reservation, but no one answered. However, the next morning, a front desk staff member informed us that their phone couldn’t dial outside lines. This explanation felt ridiculous—it would have been better if they had simply been honest about not being able to assist. I shared this feedback with Ms. Lu, the supervisor, who was apologetic about the situation. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor, and we could clearly hear neighbors chatting on the phone. While the location and initial service were good, the overall experience left room for improvement.

Cleaning lady wasn't helpful as she told us to obtain slippers at the front desk when she clearly had over 20 pairs in her cart.

Right in front of the Bus Stations which go to pretty much anywhere and about 5 minutes walk to the train station 5 minutes walk to big shopping mall. EasyBike station around the corner. Laundry service in the hotel and also around the corner. Some breakfast options nearby. Sometimes we could hear the other guests singing but generally slept very well.

second room card only with deposit, there was no wardrobe which could be not so convenient if you staying for longer but there was enough counterspace. Its not a thing we did not like but more like an observation.

Location. Convenience. The inter city (long distance) bus/coach ticket office and pickup or drop off is a few buildings away. The Taichung Rail Station is within walking distance. The Takoro Mall (with supermarket Carrefour and food court) is also within walking distance. Street food nearby. Spacious room - looks new and clean. The moment we enter our room on the 10th Floor, we felt good. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable twin beds.

The clean towels smell of cigarettes. Note: We had clean towels every other day during our eight day stay.

No 'legal' parking space and we need to find it by ourselves., I basically parked my motorcycle in front of someone's store. Also the night staff sounds very grumpy (maybe he was too tired?) when I asked to buy a breakfast voucher and instead insisted us to buy on the next morning instead

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff was very professional and friendly. Entire hotel very modern. Beds were really comfortable, shower was strong and good. Many good meal options within walking distance, convenience shop a few steps away. Highly recommend the 豆浆 shop across the road for breakfast, and the 猪脚 shop and the 卤肉饭 shop 2mins walk from hotel (both shops is exit hotel turn left until the road then turn left again). Shower head had a problem and the staff came within 5mins to fix it immediately. Amazing service! Will be back if i come to taichung again.

Can be easily spotted when going to Taichung MRT Railway/Terminal. The place looks very decent. Has a nice ambiance when entering the hotel. When we were nearing our hotel room, we noticed the air purifier/humidifier. We also have a small fridge to store our drinks and foods. There's a hair drier as well as cups for water. I remember feeling comfortable with their beds. My friend and I were pleased to see our room. I'd like to thank the receptionist for welcoming us and explaining things for us, very professional.

None, we just wish there were more convenience stores nearby. But overall, I could stay here should I come back.

Clean and professional environment. Staff is helpful. Laundry room provided at own cost. Water dispensers with hot water available in the restaurant. Good location near Taichung train station and good food options. Hair dryer provided.

Laundry room hours could be extended as guests may not have time to wash clothes before 9PM. Better if there is bidet in the toilet.

The room was spacious and the hotel was very close to the station and the bus service to Sun Moon Lake. It was clean and comfortable and there was a great view as we were on the 11th floor.

The breakfast - it was included in the price but was not very appetising although in fairness, it was a Chinese breakfast rather than a Western one.

The reception desk, not helpful, when we ask for knife just to cut the pineapple we bought, they say they've no knife & when I ask them can they get from the restaurant in the hotel, they claim that the restaurant have NO KNIFE. Can U believe that restaurant can have NO knives?
