We booked a Quadruple Room with Bath and a Comfort Double Room for our group of five. The quadruple room was overall very satisfactory! The bunk beds were sturdy and didn't shake or disturb the person on the lower bunk. We all slept very comfortably. However, the Comfort Double Room had a very strange design. The room was triangular shaped and located in a corner, with a spiral staircase immediately upon opening the door. When it rained, entering or leaving the room meant getting splashed with rainwater, and flying insects were more likely to enter the room.. Our friends who stayed in this room didn't sleep well for several days. Despite requesting to change rooms, the front desk insisted that this was the room we chose. Other than that, the hotel's location is very good and is very close to the Taichung Railway Station.

Extremely motivated, friendly, and helpful staff. Possibly the most welcome I felt in any hotel in Taiwan. The location is within walking distance from the main station. The room was small but sufficient and clean.

Breakfast is weird. The "restaurant" is basically the lobby, across from reception. I did not appreciate ordering my breakfast the evening before and for a specific time. There is construction going on next door and across from the hotel, which made getting to it with luggage a bit cumbersome.

On the downside, the noise from nearby traffic was a significant drawback. The hotel's location near busy roads resulted in constant traffic noise, which could be disruptive, especially during the night. Light sleepers may find it challenging to get a restful sleep in such circumstances. Another downside was the absence of a restaurant on-site or nearby. This meant that guests had limited options for dining within walking distance, which could be inconvenient, particularly for those who prefer the convenience of dining at the hotel or exploring local culinary offerings.

Room was clean and felt very cosy. TV channels were diverse, much more than the other hotels we stayed at in Taiwan. There was a water dispenser right outside the corner room we got and free postcards were also placed in the hallway near the lift which was a nice little souvenir.

Hotel was a little hard to locate with the inconspicuous entrance. Room was pretty small with few hangers and little space to hang any clothes. It would probably be hard to walk around with anything more than 2 opened luggage on the floor.

Good location, lovely staff, tidy and clean rooms, kids loved the bunk bed setup. Soft drinks a nice touch, along with bottled water and coffee. Room service is by request. Free laundry use (they do sell laundry pods).

The shower head was leaking a bit. Otherwise no issues.

Amazing hotel within 5 mins walk of the Train Station and Bus Station and 10 from the night market. Modern room with all facilities. Breakfast served in lobby and free tea, coffee and snacks all day and laundry facilities. Recommended.

I booked the rooms. It is very clean, modern, cozy room. Many TV channels to watch. Breakfast was provided - salad or burgers. Also, the hotel has a washing machine and dryer which we can use for free. This facility was very useful for us. Walking distance to night market. Direct bus to Feng Chia Night market.

I have no complains on the hotel. Maybe a point of improvement is that the breakfast could be more Taiwanese based / buffet instead of a set meal of either a salad or burger.

Clean and convenient location. Basic amenities but it’s everything you need.

Breakfast is in set meal form where you preselect a day before, there’s not much variety or description as to what you are selecting.

The room and common area are clean. The staffs are helpful and kind. I like the design of the hotel, it makes me feel relax. The A.C. works very well. I like their breakfast. It serves upon your choice and come in set. quite delicious and healthy.

The main entrance faces to a busy road. It’s not easy for dropping/pickup. Besides, it seems like no parking lots around that area.
