Excellent location. Our room has a balcony facing a garden, which is really nice with a green view.

Staff are efficient but can be more friendly with guests. My husband got food poisoning after having breakfast there one morning. The staff said that more than 10 guests took the same breakfast but they didn’t report any food poisoning problems. Still I hope their kitchen can strengthen their food hygiene measures.

The breakfast I’ve been served with are great. The staff are polite enough. The room is clean, and they do housekeeping every day. Very generous in replacing toiletries. Literally right across Taichung Main Station and a walking distance to Taroko Mall.

Very close to railway station , shopping mall and restaurants ( walking distance ）. Bed was very comfortable.

Rooms were rather small ( booked one room with two singles and another with large double bed ) . There is no proper guest lounge area to unwind . There was an open area in the second level but again it was rather small and was directly above the reception area and we could hear reception talking and vice versa so we ended up congregating in the laundry room area 😐( there were chairs and tables for guest to sit and wait for their laundry to finish )

Staying here with my family for 2 room ( 5D4N ). Love the Hotel clean environment and look modern. Staff is very friendly, our flight delay and we only check in around 2am. They still waiting for us to assist. The room is super clean, the housekeeping everyday keep the room clean for us and changed the towel, top up all the use item daily. But the room not that big if you have more than 3 big luggage to place. Their body shower gel & shampoo it’s smell good and nice to use. The bed and pillow it’s comfy. The water heater is hot and water it’s very strong. Very peaceful area even near train station. Love the breakfast, maybe some menu should change at times ! The hotel it’s very convenient to travel around and a lot of convenience store to shop around too. Highly recommended and will definitely come back to stay here again.

I am happy to give a 5-star for all the aspects. The location is great. Walking to Taichung station is about 5 mins, and it is easy to push luggage to and from the train station and the hotel. The famous Miyahara, Taichung Second Market, Chun Shui Tang (春水堂), Qin Yuan Chun (沁园春） are all within walking distance. The room is very clean, cozy, and quiet. Bed is comfy. Breakfast and coffee are good too. The soundproof system is superb considering trains passing by, and yet there is no noise hazard at all, I would like to especially mention 杨小姐, at the front desk for her helpfulness, friendliness, and warmth. Micasa would be my choice of hotel should I visit Taichung again.

2 mins walk from Taichung TRA station. Take the Fuxing Road exit, go down the escalator, you can see it, and walk there. The popular Miyahara is 10 mins walk away and the old railway station is next to TRA station. 20 mins walk to night market. It's very convenient, you can walk to many places!! Breakfast was very good and sufficient. I also liked the nice fragrance of the shampoo and body wash, very aromatherapy. Most of all staffs were very helpful and polite.

Can’t beat a location like theirs which is very accessible to any part of Taichung. Although I could still hear a bit of train going by ( enjoyed it actually!) it is hidden away from noisy & busy road. The price is super good value for what I got from Micasa Hotel.

I could not sleep for the first night due to some noise from the room. So I went to ask the hotel staff, It turned out it that was the fridge that made noise. Because I turned it up to maximum so it caused vibrations that made noise. It won’t really affect the facts that the location was excellent and the staff were friendly. It should not be like this though.

Excellent location ! After drop off from bus station, less than 10 mins walking distance can arrive to hotel. Hotel very near to Taichung Railway station. Almost late in the morning but managed take our train coz railway station just around 3mins walking distance from hotel. Highly recommend for those have plan for take train to others destination in next day. Staff are friendly and nice ! Thought if take early train in the morning may not able grab the breakfast, however with staff suggestion, we still able enjoy delicious breakfast from the hotel before departure. Must try their breakfast ! Got few option and it was nice ! Room is not big but has everything we need. Hotel is 24 hours front desk so able support for our late check in before midnight.

Location is excellent just a stone's throw from Taichung Railway station where there is a plethora of eateries. The hotel has a common balcony on the 7th floor (which is almost level with the station platform) where one can sit and sip a beer while watching trains come and go. My own room whilst not on the station side had a very pleasant balcony which was once again a great place to sit and relax. The hotel signs can be seen from the station.

If you want to be critical the rooms are rather on the small side but are quite OK for a single.
