- clean and convenient location

- there were only two washing and drying machines for the staff and guests - waited until 2-3AM to wash my clothes - perhaps the hotel could add another two more washing and drying machines to reduce the wait time. - when the washing machine was done with the wash, the next person could not remove the clothings on his own. Perhaps, the hotel could consider the guests to write the time of their wash on the paper and room number so the next person would know how long the clothes were left unattended in the washing machine.

So conveniently located - just 400m to Taichung station. Room sizes are good, comfortable beds. The hotel looks a lot nicer inside compared to the pics you see. Self service laundry available - 2 washers and 2 driers, no payment required (other than purchasing the detergent from reception - 30 NTD). There’s a comfortable space to wait for your laundry right outside the laundry room. I was very pleased with the price. Much better pricing than hotels in Taipei (for a lot worse ones too). Great food all around - plus, if you’re into ice creams and want to avoid long queues - miyahara (which always has long queues) is literally opposite the hotel. Just peek and if lines are gone - you’re there. No wait and fuss needed.

Pillows a bit soft for my liking

Beds were comfortable. Free laundry and dryer were great, bring your own detergent. Family mart on right of hotel and J&G fried chicken on left and Miyahara right opposite. There's always taxi right outside the hotel, we took taxi everywhere. If you drive, the carpark is a 2-3 min walk away.

Security is a bit questionable. We stayed at level 2 and while it was easy to get up and down to lobby, it would probably be easy for strangers to go up too.

The hotel is located near Taichung train station and bus stop. Many restaurants are nearby. We travelled by bus to the attractions during our stay in Taichung. The buffet breakfast is enjoyable. There are plenty of options. We enjoyed the daily breakfast 😋. The beds are comfortable, and the laundry is free of charge.

You can not take the lift to the laundry floor. You need to get off the lift on the ground floor and walk down to the basement by stairs.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and across the street from the famous Miyahara, making it very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was a very good size. The breakfast was very decent, with good western and Asian food options. The staff were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a slightly dated hotel - you can see it in some of the baseboards or door frames. But these didn’t really affect our stay.

We had a personnel laundry services whereas a staff who offered us putting all dirty clothes into washing for us. She was very nice and friendly.

Location. Used to be an area with lots of visitors however the area has now becoming a meeting place for southern Asia's communities. I've informed to stay out of street life during the night time in the area. Overall, still not a bad place to stay for the price I've paid.

The hotel is really conveniently located, close to the train station. The room was a really good size, with a huge bed. The shower was good. Check in was easy. I would stay again.

The WiFi in the room was a bit patchy. There was no provision of hand soap in the bathroom, which is extremely unusual in my experience. We went to use the laundry room, but the staff got there just before us and started using all the machines, so we had to go out and find a launderette.

Location was near the a station, Miyahara which is a main tourist attraction, a convenience store and plenty of food options around. A male staff was helpful on suggesting attractions to visit and places to eat at.

Would be good if hand soap is provided at the sink area as well. Not sure if it's the same for all rooms but I had go around the glass divider and step into the shower area with wet hands, just to use the soap dispenser at the shower area to wash my hands.

The location is good as it is near the train station. We thought the room is bigger (family room) as we have 2 adults and 2 kids with us, but it is sufficient enough throughout our whole stay. There is also a water dispenser at the ground floor so you could refill your water everyday. Overall , the place is clean and they do provide daily housekeeping service. We enjoyed our stay here.

The location is really good. Very clean and comfy. Customer service really best, they were very helpful. The hotel even prepare a map of recommended places to go nearby. House keeping service is really very good. The keeper clean very thoroughly really love this hotel.

The TV don't have the channels/show we like to watch in taipei. But its okay we are not here for the tv anyways.
