Convenient location near bus and train stops. Lots of local Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The interiors are modern with a Scandi/Japanese wooden aesthetic. Clean and spacious room, we received an upgrade to a room with 3 beds. There is a laundry room with 2 laundry machines and dryers which we were able to use, however during peak periods there were some other guests after us who were unable to dry their clothes before the room closed. The common area is comfortable with snacks and tea which you can help yourself to.

Our room did not have any windows which affected our sleep/wake cycle

Hotel was located fairly close to Taichung Station. There were lots of restaurants and shops around in the Central area. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The bathroom had a nice tub with surround glass on two sides, separate shower stall and toilet compartment.

Hotel entrance was hard to find. We walked around the building but couldn't find the entrance. There were lots of vendors lining the covered sidewalks. We knew the front desk was on an upper floor. We had to ask a merchant on the ground floor where the hotel entrance was located and he was so nice and actually led us to it. It was located in the back from the main street along the west side of the central plaza - ASEAN Square. Hotel entrance lobby really needs to be refurbished. It was in an old building and the elevators showed their age. The room was a good size but it had a bad view of an abandoned building across the street. Watch out for the door thresholds. We tripped and stumbled over them.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our requests. They even gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to see nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and popular spots like Miyahara, as well as convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. Although the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, the interior is modern and impressive. Our room was superb—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and a modern toilet with a bidet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Highly recommended! I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. 5 mins walk from Taichung Main Station. 5 mins walk from 7-11 and Family Mart. 5 mins walk from nearest Fastfood (KFC etc) Bus station in front of the building. Several food stalls/asian restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious, modern in design/pleasant looking and most importantly clean. Water closet is modern/automatic. Shower is modern, water pressure is strong. All sockets are international, no need for adapter. Great value for money!

Helpful staff (Laura, Nagi & Jenny), helped us find a traditional Taiwan breakfast place and with suggestions of sights to see. Free coffee, tea and snacks in the communal lobby area. The lobby area was a good place to sit and relax. Great location near restaurants and street food. DIY washing & dryer room with free detergent. Our room had a view towards the waterway and train station. Very good value for money. Shower was great.

No English speaking channels on TV, but not a big deal, as this is common in lots of hotels.

this hotel was the best in my taiwan trip - so central, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The pillow is better than the one i have at home. The room was spacious and the hotel lobby was also very conducive for having a snack with a good view.

hotel was actually located within ASEAN Square - i don't fancy this shopping mall, it actually felt a little shady. Having said that, you can avoid the mall entirely as there is a separate entrance to the hotel

Hotel was located in the upper floors of the building providing a good view of the surroundings; walking distance from the train station. Nice communal seating area next to reception with free snacks and hot drinks along with a water machine. The room was modern, spacious and clean with hard-floor rather than carpet. Free washing machine & dryer usage. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom had a big window looking into the room (although it had a curtain which could be drawn on (but only on the outside)). The entrance (lift lobby to go up to reception) wasn't the easiest to find and had a weird smell at times.

Free laundry amenities (washing machine,dryer and detergent sheets to get at counter), was very clean and convenient. Good location with nearby bus stops and train station. Within walking distance to food places and taichung gancheng bus station (to travel sun moon lake etc) Room was very clean and spacious (good layout), simple modern design. The square layout of the room made it more spacious - you can do yoga jnside if you want to. There is no breakfast included but this is not an issue as we are always full after eating out at the night market (after dinner) and there are several good taiwanese breakfast spots around.

Could do with a physical magnet/sign for room cleaning/do not disturb, or option to skip room service just change towels etc. As we had wanted to skip room service some days but realized it was done everyday regardless, although i believe the hotel tried to call us to check but we missed the calls. But its not a big problem and didn't bother us much. Had abit of trouble first day to locate the entrance. Perhaps need some additional signs with big eye catching words?

The bed, bathroom, room, service was all amazing! We were lucky to get upgraded for our stay. There is a washing machine and dryer for use. The location is excellent proximity to the main train station and several bus routes.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the dryer was not drying our clothes properly and took a long time. This doesn't 'dampen' my experience though.

Close to Taichung main station. Hotel lobby provided some small bites and tea. Staff were great. Room is clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

The entrance is not very visible on Google maps but can be found easily walking around. There is no space to stop your car to offload along the road. If you need to drive in for a while to offload your luggages from a personal car, you can inform the hotel in advance so they can program your car plate number so you can enter the hotel carpark. Parking overnight costs extra though. The room I had had a toilet door that wasn't the correct size. It had a 1cm gap and other people inside the room can look into the toilet.
