It's a family hotel but very nice and fun for all ages. The decorations on the outside building and on the inside are fun and pleasant. Very comfortable and big beds. Spacious room and we had a great view to the train station and the mountains.our stay was very quiet and silent The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient. Perfect stay very much recommendable.

Hard to find any problems.... The only thing I would change is the bathroom door tag os not practical, but that's an structural problem, nothing much.

The best feature of the hotel is it position in front of Taichung Main station with connections to many places in town and the surroundings. The decoration of the hotel is a bit quirky, but in a nice way. It looks like geared at families with small children, but everyone can like the play with patterns and colours. Downside is that the seven floors are served by only one elevator and sometimes it takes families a long time to get in and out. The rooms are standard size and in good shape, the public spaces are cramped and not very inviting notwithstanding the decoration. In the basement there is a playing area for children. Breakfast is reasonable. But if you want more variety there is the food court on F1 level of the station.

Reception was a bit chaotic. Didn't scan passports at check in, so we were asked to bring them again.

The location is excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. My parents were happy with the rooms. The staff did their best to help.

It would be even better if the staff could have more local knowledge. One of the front desk staff did not realize that Taichung City has MRT 捷運. Another one gave the wrong direction (and later, we found our way through Google Maps)

Hotel staff were very helpful throughout our stay - helping us to store luggage as we reached early, giving us directions on getting to places, accommodating when we needed to borrow an ironing board. Room was wonderfully big, spacious and comfortable as well. Very conveniently located beside Taichung Station, and walkable distance to various bus stops and interchange to get around Taichung area. Props to the hotel staff for making our stay extremely comfortable - we felt like we were at home. There’s some free coffee which was convenient to grab our morning coffee before heading out as well. Will stay here again the next time we are back!

The hotel is located just opposite the Taichung train station (not HSR). Not noisy at all though they provided ear buds. Within walking distance to 7-11, Family Mart and even Miyahara! Even the toilet has a bidet! Hotel also has coin washing machines and dryers in the basement. Excellent!

Could have provided an extra pillow as comfort.

Good location ! Taichung station by exit D. Room was clean and bed comfy. Hotel has 2 each washing machine/ dryer at basement cost NT20. With a mini playground/slide too.

The bathroom didn’t smell good upon check in and I tot only my room but my family came from another room asking me for spray as the bathroom didn’t smell good. after spraying it’s was ok so probably need to improve on spraying the room / bathroom or provide some bathroom scent..

Location: It's right next to Taichung Station, which has market event every weekend. It's one straight road toward the center of Taichung, which is kind of far away from the rails. You may either walk there (about 35-60 mins depends on where you actually going) or rent the Youbike and ride there. There is also bus in case the weather is not good for a walk.

This is a family hotel. There are playground facilities and friendly staff. But walls are really thin. Before you decide to do anything with your love one, remember there may be kids in the next room.

Location was super central, just opposite the Taichung station. It was also very kid friendly with a play area for kids and toddlers. We liked that we could do our laundry in the hotel too. The kids had a balloon upon checkin and that made them very happy! Staff was friendly too, and there was free coffee at the lobby.

Room was a bit old, the decor was a little too colourful. But I guess it’s to appeal to young kids. There was also only one lift, so it can be a little slow at times.

What a great location, great family room, fantastic bathroom layout and views of the station. Great indoor play area for the kids and laundry room. Great place for a longer stay

No pool. Also the breakfast could have done with fresh milk rather than UHT and little wider selection would be great.

The hotel was great, we especially loved the kids amenities. My 2 year old played in the play area every day, which was always really clean and fun. The staff were super helpful, and provided us with a thermometer and everything we needed when my daughter was sick. Really helpful, clean, and comfortable place to stay.
