Jan 2024, I stayed at this hotel again. This time, I was accompanied by my sister in law because I will undergo egg retrieval for my IVF cycle. Yes, to those who are like me who visit Taiwan for IVF procedure and your clinic is Lee Women's Hospital. This Hotel is convenient, they can help you call a taxi or just go to the train station where the taxi are and usually it will just cost you 180 - 200 NT dollars from this hotel to Lee Women's Hospital. I also appreciate that when I called the front desk about the internet connection they did their best to fix it right away.

None. On our first night we were startled by the motorcycle noise in the middle of the night and after that we can't sleep anymore because it was noisy. Then we discovered that we forget to close the window, LOL! Our bad :-)

Location: Near Taichung Train Station, Ubus station, Taroko mall, Taiwan Bank, hair salon and bento box place where you can have whatever Taiwanese cuisine you like. Room : It was clean and comfy. Old but well maintained Breakfast: It was great and lots of varieties. If the management can add few seasonal fruits that would be great. I stayed there for 7 days, if they can alternate some of the dish like the cabbage and bean sprout with other veggie dish every other day would be great too.

Hotel was in convinient location,easy checkin/out procedures, no issues with parking, room size was enough.

We are very relaxed people,but room did not felt clean,also someone was smoking in corridor or in room in evening and morning and smell went to us.Internet was weak

The western style breakfast was good (croissaint, toast bread, jam and butter). If you go for the chinese breakfast you have more choice. The room was huge and clean. The hotel is extremely near to the train station. The staff was always extremely kind

The biggest flaw is that the laundry is not in the building, it is a coin laundry located ten minutes from the hotel. They should have specified this on booking.com , because if was not very practical. At least, the hotel provided a laundry bag.

Location of the hotel is excellent - beside it there’s a shopping mall with 24hour Carrefour supermarket and it is within walking distance to Taichung train station. The room is very cozy with clean furnitures.

Hotel interior is a little old - the locking mechanism of the room is lock/key type, and you need to exert some force to open/close the door. Some noise generated and may cause slight disturbance to other guests.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Cleanliness not up to normal hotel standards. Cupboards were dusty and the bottom of the cupboard was obviously not cleaned for a long time. Let’s not go to the top cupboard 🙄 There was a musky odour which gave me the impression that the room had not been aired for a long time. It was the location and the friendly staff that made my stay tolerable.

its old and no smart TV. No Netflix. Buffet breakfast menu exactly the same through out our stay.

The location and the service! It’s just opposite Taichung Station. The staff were well trained and really showed us true Taiwanese hospitality which I haven’t experienced in Taipei.

The room could use some refurbishment. We had some issues with our original room but the team very quick to respond to our problem and moved us to a better room!

Upgrading for me I am so surprisingly That’s no others make me complaining about that Thanks to your proficiency and Kindly service works

The super courteous staff, breakfast buffet, spacious room, and the location. We booked 2 rooms for a week on the top floor. My elderly parents stayed in one room and I stayed in the adjacent room. My father has dementia and can be a pain to deal with. He would stay in the lobby for hours cutting and tearing up magazines. Upon checking in the hotel, I gave the staff a heads up on my father's condition. The staff were understanding and accommodating through our stay. I loved the view of train station from my room.
