The location was great with a local market and the train station within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There was also 2 malls a bit further away but offering great choices especially during rainy days. There were also a lot of choices of good food (chinese bento rice and noodles) within 5 minutes walk. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was simple, even though they do not provide disposable amenities in the room, but you can request for them at the check-in counter anytime. Umbrellas was provided for guests' use at the entrance. They are also helpful with suggestions with places to eat around the area.

The pedestrian walkway from the train station going towards this property has a lot of motorbikes parked on it, making it difficult to navigate with large luggages. There were also steps with no ramps that makes it harder to carry luggages along the path.

Staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Clean room, no smell. There is a dehumidifier in the room that customers can DIY empty the water container out. Free Netflix and Youtube on the TV in case it is raining. There are 2 communal washing machine (detergent is TN$10). The third floor includes communal microwave, dinning table, large trash bin, outdoor balcony to hang clothes, and drinking water refill station.

There is no safe to lock valuables. Aircon seems either too cold/ warm at night (it might be we couldn't figure out the controls). There can be a ceramic mug, instead of paper cups, for customers that stay over multiple days.

It was in a good location. The room was clean. There’s a game room with good looking games and they also have free laundry machine. You just need to buy detergent. There’s a kitchen you can use and a living area and even an outdoor sitting area. The bathroom and showers were clean.

The AC smelled weird when I turned it on, the smell kind of lessened after a while, or maybe I just got used to it. I didn’t like that. But for one night, it was tolerable. The other thing is that the washing/drying machine, because it’s a combination machine, takes FOREVER to wash the clothes unless you use a speed 18 minute cycle. Drying the clothes takes even longer. It took about 5-6 hours to finish one load of laundry, just keep that in mind because you might be better off going to the nearby laundromat.

The location is great, residential area, quiet, convenience store and restaurants nearby, easy walk to a lot attractions and 3rd city market

The room we stayed was a bit small, not too much space to put two luggages, could've put a few more cloth hangers in the room

The room has HBO on the TV instead of local TV channels. This is good for foreigners who do not understand Chinese.

The location is not on the main street so it is far from the bus stop. And the street could get very quiet at night after 8:30PM.

Blanket was not enough when we were given a double queen bed upgrade. Location is quite quiet in a dark street away from the busy streets.

It's very noticeable. The rooms are really clean and smell fresh. Everything you need is provided. Location is very nice as well. It's near the station and popular spots and mall area. There's a lot of restaurants around the hotel as well.

A small inconvenience, but the shower cubicle doesn't close fully (in fact there's no door, only glass separator) so water will splash out to the toilet bowl area

The location is convenient. It’s nice which the passengers can borrow bike. My favorite part is the TV in our room supports streaming platform, such as HBO and Netflix 🤩

The pillow is too soft and lack of support. After all, there’s only a fake window and simple AC, our room is kinda stuffy.
