A very clean and organized facility with spacious capsules to sleep in. You needed your key card to access each room, the female-only floor, your luggage storage space, and turn on the power in your capsule. It felt very secure, but I wish the key had a wristband attached, as I was always afraid of misplacing it when I didn't have any pockets. I'm only 5'1", so I'm not sure how it is for taller people, but I could sit up very comfortably in the top capsule. I appreciated that the curtain didn't cover the entire bed because it made it stuffy, but the curtain was also sturdy and blocked out light fairly well. Part of the bed was blocked off with a vented panel to improve airflow, which was helpful. The bag storage was also very convenient and large. I only had a small hiking backpack with me, but you could easily fit a small carry-on suitcase or bag if necessary. There was also open space below the locked storage space for each bed, so if you had larger luggage, you could leave it there. The breakfast included with the room was also delicious and fresh! The hallway also had extra pillows and comforters available, which was a nice touch.

The staff, especially Pei was really helpful with her recommendations and even had Google map lists of places to go or food to eat. She speaks good English too :) Thank you Pei for making my solo trip so memorable :) The dinning/ kitchen area was warm and nice too. Toilets were clean, and there were enough bathrooms and showers, so didn’t have to wait 👍 This place uses a tap card system, so it is pretty safe! Area is just behind the Taichung Station…so location is very convenient!

The free breakfast- toast and cereal. But they have a nicer paid breakfast too! Anyway you can easily go out to get a nice Taiwanese breakfast!

- the card sensor, once removed, it disconnects the electrical socket from charging handphone and turns off the bed light. Waking up to go to the toilet in the middle of the night was a pitch dark adventure. With room light was turned off, while the card sensor was removed, the bed light was turned off. Walk with care. - staff can be more approachable and friendly. The breakfast was pleasant and well-made. - on my fifth night (Saturday), another bunk mate climbed up the upper deck around 12am midnight. Once he settled in, the room was quiet for a couple of minutes. The whole room was then filled with his loud snoring like a machine gun which even drowned the other bunk mate’s softer snoring. Boy, I was sleepless for that whole night.

I stayed at 4-female room, but share the bathroom with everyone else in the female section. It’s not access for guys so I feel safe and comfortable. Inside the room, it installed an individual air condition. The curtain covers well for privacy. The hostel was located within less than 10 minute walk from Taichung train station （not Taichung High Speed Train Station); I like the spacious of the common area with a lot of sunlight. They also have hot/lukewarm/iced water in side the female dorm and common area. The hostel is not very new but clean and organized. The hostel provided different type of pillows and extra bracket if needed. The receptionists can speak proper English and mandarin. Under the train station is a bus hub for the city bus. Of course this is a food court under the train station.

The bathroom is always steamy. There’s only two hairdryer for a ton of girls share the shared bathroom.

Location is excellent. Close to the train station and bus station. The breakfast spread is healthy and delicious. The sheets are clean. Common toilets, showers and pantry sink are kept clean. However there are a small number of hostelites who may not be so considerate, leaving hair in the toilet or food waste in the sink drainer. Perhaps there should be a couple of notices put up to remind hostelites of the expectations.

i like their place very inconvenient just totally close to the Taichung train station..the staff very inconvenient to talk they can speak English☺️ and approachable the place very clean and the room i really love i totally have a nice sleep you can't hear any noise from the outside their bathroom can occupied all the people who will check in and the most i really love is the free breakfast☺️☺️ i will always come every time i take my day off in Taichung...the safety of your things can guarantee because the locker have their own locked while you staying there

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She spoke fluent English as well as chinese and helped us wherever she could. The hostel itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were many showers and toilets on our floor as well which was convenient. Location is right beside the train station and central in the city of Taichung. In addition to this, free breakfast, coffee, earplugs and water refill was provided making it even more worth the price.

Overall I was very pleased with the hostel.

I like the space in the bunk bed. I can sit on my bed without hitting my head, having much space on the bed. (I booked the 4 ppl mixed room) Also, I like the friendly and passionate staff, who introduced the nearby sightseeing point and night market to us. The shower room and toilet is also clean

Actually i am ok with this but there might be sb concern about it. The toilet and shower room did not separate the gender type ( no male toilet or female toilet). (Maybe the number of toilet is quite few )

The room is clean and the common area is amazing. The staff are absolutely nice and helpful. I left the earpiece in the room after checking out, the housekeeper passed it to the staff and they contacted me. My friend helped me to get back from the counter. Here I take the opportunity to thank the staff so much.🫶🏻

Everyone is able to adjust the temperature of the air-conditioning. Some of the roommates adjusted the temperature to 27 degree that I felt so hot and couldn't sleep well for 2 nights...

The location is very good, just near the station. The price is not expensive, and it is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind! I arrived later than 9pm, and after contacting them in advance, they provided very detailed information about self check-in. In short, it was a perfect experience. If I got one more chance to travel in Taichung, I will choose to stay here again!
