Staff is really helpful. Breakfast is great. If you book a room with breakfast inclusion, make sure to go to the reception and fill out the breakfast form. There are different breakfast options, and they'll bring it to your hotel door. They also assist with airport transfer (cash payment only). Location is great, 10-15 min walk to the metro, TRA and HSR. And near bus stops as well. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, and also near a 7-11, family mart, and PX mart. Free flowing coffee and tea at the lobby. If you want your room to be cleaned, you need to let the receptionist know.

You can still smell smoke at the hallway, but I can tell that they are trying to eliminate it by placing dehumidifiers.

Staffers were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. Particularly, the one that took my details were the best, offer to keep my luggage while I shop since I was early with check in, arrived in Taipei, Taiwan at 5.30 am. Hotel is located in a centralized area convenient with public transportation and eateries, STARBUCK, McDonalds. I don’t have any bad experience here at all. Many Thanks to all the staffers at the front desk. They made me special and welcome. I noticed quite a few annoyed reviews regarding the smoke through the walls, yes, it's frequent but how much can the Hotel control should an irresponsible guest or few chose to smoke in their room, unlike the restriction here in the USA, where the penalty is stiff.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from Fuzhong Station (Bannan Line). I could not find it at first in Google Maps since the location is in Chinese characters. Then I learned to search "Champion Hotel Banqiao" and it was easy from then on. The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure is really good and the heater works well. They provided toiletries, towels, and water. Area is quiet and well lit. Many restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. Friendly staff. They allow guests to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Highly recommended if you want a spacious room and a quiet yet convenient neighborhood.

Old furniture and some few stains on the walls.

The area of Banqiao, where the Hotel is, is a good place to stay. The staff are nice. It's an on Hotel. Old building, old furnishings, dated interior, but clean. If you're looking for Modern Hotel - this not for You. They have free water, tea and coffee. Near convenience stores and restaurants. It's quiet at night. There's a lot of shopping in Banqiao area.

In the central area, many food shop and convenient store nearby. Near the train station and Ubike station, very convenient. The price is decent. Breakfast is good.

Hotel staff were really accommodating and friendly. They speak good english as well, so it wasn't difficult to communicate. Our original check-in time was 4PM but we headed to the hotel lobby at around 2PM in hopes of checking-in early, as we were exhausted from our trip. We weren't really expecting we would get checked-in, but it was delightful to hear when the front desk officer was very kind enough to let us in our rooms 2 hours earlier. It was perfect timing as well because just as we arrived inside our rooms, the rain started pouring. I appreciate the housekeeping efforts as well because the room smelled great, and the bathroom looked clean. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience we had at Champion Hotel, considering its price.

Location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station, about a kilometer away. There was a bit of a long walk before we could get there. Also, the lights and AC control panel was a bit difficult to use and understand.

Clean room and bathroom, nice personelle, space downstairs to hang out if needing to wait indoors out of the hot summer sun. Big room for a stay with just me and my 8 year old son. I had enough space to do yoga while he was sleeping ! slippers, toothbrushes, combs, razors, etc and other things offered if you didn't bring your own. Park with playground and restaurants not too far away. I only stayed one night but I am very happy with the experience.

It would of been a little complicated to find and get to if I didn't have a smart phone or if I had too many bags on me.

It was clean, convenient and family friendly. The beds are very big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the facilities. Their facilities are old style but working and still in good condition. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

There is a smell in the passage which smells like rags or smoking, and there is no ironing service. Their Netflix requires you to login with your own account, of which many places have the hotel's Netflix acc and u just watch

We have great time staying in this hotel. It is an old hotel, but EVERYTHING are in great maintenance. So, it is very enjoyable to stay. The sofas was old fashion but very2 comfortable. Thanks for all the staffs that work hard to keep this hotel in very, very good condition!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Whatever you asked for they will do it in 5 minutes. Like I need an extra pillow or towels. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location to the nearest subway is a bit far away. 10 minutes walk.
