The staff were very courteous and friendly, and tried their level best to accommodate my request, despite severe communication gap. The rooms were very clean and the house keeping cleaned up regularly whenever requested. The people at the reception were nice. Washing machines were available in case you wish to wash your clothes ( did not use, so cannot comment.

1. There were issues due to language. The AC remote had only Chinese characters, so I could not do much adjustments. I did not use the TV so no comments on that. 2. One reason for me to book the place was the breakfast. The breakfast was available, but was limited, not any buffet. they delivered the food in room, since they did not have a dining room. The food was of good quality and was delivered in clean and appealing packaging.

We really appreciate the helpful staff despite the language barrier. We had an early checkout and they insist on letting us take away our breakfast in advance from its usual schedule. Everyday we come home to clean bedsheets (on request), new towels, and replenished supplies. The location is perfect: near the mrt and bus station, a mall and park across the street, nearby convenience store, supermarket and restaurants(lots of eating options in the back street). It's not in a very touristy part so you can observe the local culture and it's not very crowded. The room is not too cramped. Also, the free breakfast! the portion is just enough, delicious and well balanced--delivered right to our room.

shower curtain would be great just to avoid splashing water everywhere

the first lady receptionist we had was very nice and friendly, location (close to 板橋 mrt station), breakfast (hard eggs, orange, sandwich, fresh milk : very good!), curtains in the bedroom so you can sleep in complete darkness! check out at 12pm, we could drop our bags before the check in hour

no shower curtain in the bathroom, our room would smell cigarettes every time would come back to the room... room is also not entirely soundproof : we could hear traffic outside and people talking (if too loud) outside our room

Spacious stay compared to other similar stays. Very convenient location, located close to Banqiao Station. And immediately outside the hotel there is a bus stop - fantastic to be dropped off right outside your accommodation after a long day (eg, by the Red 307 bus). The staff was friendly and offered tasty breakfast (a drink, fruits and sandwiches).

The shower was a shower-over-bath setup without a screen, this meant a lot of splattering happened.

The room was spacious for Taiwan's standards. The beds were comfortable, and everything was working. Staff came in for cleaning every day. The hotel is close to the train station, which included HSR and TRA, so it was very convenient even if some distance away from the city center. We appreciate that the free breakfast was well-prepared.

The location of that hotel is excellent , with convenient transportation as it’s connected to six different rail systems (high-speed rail, regular train, metro, intercity bus, long-distance bus, and the outer ring line). Especially the day time staff Ms. Lee very friendly super helpful.

Dont let distance to Banqiao MRT distract you , It also have undeground walking street to MRT than can help reduce the distance to 200m . Very fast and convience !! Air condition is good , breakfast is normal , repeat daily so you can skip it . Staff cannot speak English but not problem , they can use app translate to you directly !!

Wifi is terible , sometime disconnect . Old style , use key to open the door .

The staffs are very helpful and honest. Reception staffs especially Ms Wang is very helpful with searching for transport and way to our next destination. I left my gold bracelet in the room. She could remember our next destination hotel and even called our hotel to look for us to return my bracelet. Appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Great experience, thank you!

Near to main road, a bit noisy.

The place is very convenient it's near to the bus station and train station.

I don't exactly understand they say it's sound proof but I hear people talking outside and the cleanliness is not that good but manageable.

The location is excellent, the bathroom was clean and functional.

The only thing I had any concerns about was the door opening into the room, didn’t exactly feel heavy or sound proof enough for my liking. It worked perfectly. Locking well and closing without any issues.
