For a short petite woman like me, the space is just enough for me to move. It’s comfortable and clean. There are some occasional noises from the next room but you wouldn’t hear people talking unless you open your door. There are also street noises but manageable. For perfectionists and clean freaks, I suggest you stay in another hotel. I like that they have complimentary sodas. They also have an electric socket for devices with 220 volts. Never seen this in other hotels. They have so many sockets beside the bed, on the table and even inside the bathroom. There’s also a weighing scale in the room. For me, I used it to check if my luggage was overweight. You can borrow a kettle on the third floor. If you need to iron your clothes, just ask from the staff. Their washing machine and dryer is on the rooftop. So while waiting for your laundry, you can get a view of some buildings in Banqiao and get some sunlight and fresh air (depends on the weather). The hotel is in an excellent location! If you don’t like staying in busy streets, this is suitable for you. There is a park nearby where you can go for some exercise. It’s around so many convenience stores, fast food chains, cafes, shops and more. Your buddy Google Maps will show you. Of course, it’s near Fuzhong MRT Station. Most of the tourists spots are accessible since where you get on (blue line) connects to the major stations (red line and green line). It also connects to yellow line where the airport mrt is. The staff are quite nice. They provide good service to their guests. They would go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay at the hotel. They also have a 24-hour front desk. No need to worry whether you check in late or check out early. Be reminded that their check-in time starts at 6pm. But you can ask if they would allow an early check-in.

Hope check-in time would start an hour earlier.

clean rooms..

I did not know I booked the smallest room they had .. no towels were included but I could buy them.. no kettle in room but if I take the elevator down one flight they had a kettles there

Our sincere compliments to the management and staffs for their kindness and friendly and good service and good location. . They gave us free breakfast and door gift for new year 😊

Rooms are very small Im having a hard time opening my luggages i have 2 big ones and i stay alone. Though its relatively clean.
