I liked how it was close to the MRT station so me and my crew wouldn’t have to walk very far. It was also cool that the toilet has heated seats. I like how the room looked and the eye masks are very nice. I liked the bed it was very very comfy but the pillows were average but the bed was very very nice. it was also good that the toilet and shield were separate

The pillows hurt my neck so when I was up in the morning I have a sore neck. I didn't like how the shampoo and body wash was a two in one because I used it and then after that my hair was still itchy.

The hotel staff provide excellent service. Stacey at the front desk (I hope I got the name right) was especially attentive, with a great understanding of the needs of solo travellers—very thoughtful indeed. The hotel's location is fantastic. There is a convenience store just downstairs, several large shopping centres nearby, and it is very close to Fuzhong. Everything you need is just a few minutes' walk away, so there’s no need to go all the way to Taipei. The bed of excellent quality, and both the toilet and bathroom are spotlessly clean. If you are travelling from Taoyuan Airport to the hotel, I suggest taking the Airport MRT to A3 – New Taipei Industrial Park, then transferring to the Circular Line to Banqiao.

If I had to give a minor criticism, it would be that the bin is a bit too small, but it's not a major issue.

The Hotel is nice and in the center of Banqiao. Price and quality is good.

There is one small thing i didn't like, and it was that i need it to do a pre-payment at the reservation, and once arrived the Hotel didn't charged me only the difference, but charged me the full price, and canceled the pre-payment, but doing so, it messed with my credit card limits, having two time the payment and need it to wait until the pre-payment was canceled. They say could take until 1 month, but the next week was already canceled. I suggest the Hotel instate of paying the full price a second time, why don't just charge the difference once at the check in? It would be nice if changes this small problem, let me know if something change in the future please.

Location, location, location. I like how close, a stone's throw away, the hotel is to Banqiao station (MRT, THSR and bus). The hotel is extremely comfortable and is located next to Hilton and Caeser, but at a cheaper rate. There are many walkable distanced restaurants with shopping malls nearby. It seems that ~$3k TWD is the average rate nowadays in Taipei, and for that price, it is on par with other similar hotels. I enjoyed my stay at Cham Cham and would come back again.

I have a "small" tub in my room, but the water pressure was disappointedly low. It literally took 30 minutes to fill the tub, so go figure. 😑 Additionally, the soundproof walls may be good, but you can still hear the outside activities coming through the door.

The location cannot be beat. I spent my holiday in the Panchiao neigbhourhood.

The bathtub did not keep the water. I mean.....I tried everything. Next step was call the plumber. The bed was too hard, but I know their main clientele are Korean and like hard beds. Next time I will ask for a soft bed. It's also a pretty small room when you compare to what's avail in Taipei. In general, the hotel has light staff......like there just are not as many doormen / front desk staff as a normal hotel. It's okay, they have it under control.

Convenient location for public transport. Most staff are friendly.

no laundry service. however there's a 4hrs laundromat near by. Some staff could be better train to provide information as location and opening hours of laundromat. When asked about laundry services , the first staff only told us that it's 15 mins away. while on second day when we ask the same question, the staff provide us with map and opening hours of the laundromat which is helpful.

The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had very helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth plus they gladly delivered on requests quickly like extra pillows and utensils for food we were eating in the room. Everyday we came back to a clean room. I even had a little cat pillow which they would position on different spots on the bed, which was cute. Upon check-out they held onto our luggage while we went out for lunch before leaving since our flight was a few hours later in the day.

It was quite far from most of the places we wanted to go, but we were aware of this upon booking. We'd take an uber and it would range from 20-30 mins away. Not bad at all! It was a shame we weren't able to try the breakfast buffet since we had a packed sched, it seemed very promising though.

Everything was great. There were many convenient stores and malls (didn't had time to explore) nearby, train and bus station was merely a 5-7mins stroll away. Night market was also about a 15mins walk? Housekeeping was also done daily which I really appreciate the clean sheets and towels.

It'd be great it they had a in house coin laundry. The nearest was a 5mins walk away. Our room was located right beside the lift so it does get a little noisy throughout the night. We were given the highest floor and was facing a rooftop of another building and they had this really bright light on throughout the night so it does get quite blinding but it's all good since we had the blinds down all the time.

The room was spacious and clean with good lighting. The bed was huge and comfortable, but only had 2 pillows. The hotel no longer provide disposable amenities to embrace sustainability, but you can contact Front Desk for assistance if you need any.

They do not have a proper drop-off place, drop-off is at the roadside in front of the hotel. If it's raining, you can ask the driver to drop you off at the Cesar Hotel, which is connected to the other side of the building.

The location is very convenient, lots of transport option to get around Taipei city, quite close to airport as well since they have HSR connection to Taoyuan (approx. USD 3-4 per person per trip to Taoyuan), so that it's quite convenient if you need to travel to airport. The room is spacious and clean, while the staff is helpful. They have water refill station at each floor as well, which is great.

Since I think they used a sensor to activate the air conditioning and lighting system, it might be quite tough during summer months where it was really sweltering.
