Staff at reception & breakfast area were attentive, responsive, friendly and polite. Hotel location was convenient as located less than 2 mins walk from Fuzhong MRT station so getting to rest of Taipei wasn't a problem. Nanya night market just short walk from the hotel, there is a family mart and supermarket near to MRT station too. The hotel surrounding is quiet so we didn't have any problem with night noises. TV channel covered quite a variety, bed is comfortable, bathroom hot/cold water control was good too. Housekeeping was on alternate day during our stay which we wouldn't mind as you can always ask for housekeeping if you need. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.

Check-in progress was fast and they were so nice to upgrade our room from Corner Room to Double room with City View. The room was spacious and neat. The big windows faced to the city, very live view. A physical bike in the room. Big TV, big sofa, big bed. Huge bathroom with pretty bathtub and big shower room. All staff were nice. Just several mins walk to metro station. A convenience store and a supermarket nearby. A guest laundry is located at B1, open 24 hours, very convenient for guests.

The restaurant for breakfast was nice but the food quality was just met standard.

Everything really, the staff were super friendly, and the amenities in the room were top notch! We had the "Queen Deluxe Room" and it even came with a bike for exercising. Thank you very much for upkeeping the hotel in such great shape! Kudos to the team

Nothing, really. Just perhaps a suggestion: the main door had a very small gap at its bottom so perhaps some form of sound-proofing strip to be placed will be great. But people there are so cultured they keep voices low so there was zero noise problem :)

Customer service was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, an easy 2min walk to the train station and local eats, shops, and walks. We loved the little details like daily snacks in the room and hotel umbrella to borrow in case of rain. We hope to be back in future.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and very well equipped bathroom close to MRT station. Good breakfast and the staff of the hotel is great.

Loved everything. Maybe for future guests good to know that Banqiao is a bit further from the big tourist highlights of Taipei. Not an issue as MRT is next to hotel. Just calculate 20 minutes extra travel time.

I added the breakfast when I booked the room. Very good breakfast selection. I stayed the same hotel 7 years ago when I came to visit my family. And no question that this time I stayed the same. Because the location is very convenient to get to the metro station. Like less than 3 minutes walk. The day market & night market, train station and shopping mall all very close to the hotel location. If you like food, you can find it anywhere nearby the hotel. Also, the lobby has nice sitting area where your friends can visit or you just want to relax and have some beverage.

Pros: -Big rooms compare to other hotels. Since our companions stayed in another hotel so I have comparisons. -Shower working properly. I like its hot water. -Complete room ammenities and accessories.From own fridge to blowers. -Clean rooms. -Staffs can speak english. -Courteous and helpful staffs. -Very near to train station FUZHONG STATION EXIT 1 Blue line. Just beside the road so you will see immediately. -There's a nearby family mart. And a lot of stores across the hotel. Superb for its location!

Cons: -The bed was too soft. On the 1st night we just slept on the floor since the floor has carpet. -Too slippery tiles in the bathroom. -Please improve the internet connection. Because at times it is intermittent. -There is no Bidet. You will just use the shower area to clean yourself. -We just don't like their breakfast food. Maybe it's good for others but for us not. Too much chinese style. Too much herbs and spices.

Convenient location for commute to the office in Dingpu while the Banqiao area has everything you need in the evening hours. Slightly less "vibe" compared with Ximen, but way more HOTEL for an acceptable price. Rooms are ninthy style with a desk which allows you to work during the evening hours.

Hotel staff is still focused on wearing a mouth mask and "force" you to do so during breakfast

Just 2 blocks from the Banquio City transit center with subways/railway trains/high speed trains/city buses all combined. Highly recommended for active travelers. Transit center complex has all kinds of restaurant (60+) and cheap street foods to satisfy every taste.

excellent breakfast buffet On our last day we had an early flight the hotel arranged a taxi for us and because we could not make it to the breakfast buffet they packed 2 breakfast meals to go. we were complete surprised grateful and amazed.

My room had a city view but the windows were dirty.
