There are 2 basins, the room is big, very clean and well maintained. There is no rain shower but I'm always used to shower head, so no issue at all. My hubby is used to rainshower but think it's okay too. The drainage is good, no choking as there's 2. The shower head water is strong. Very easy to set the temperature. The toilet has the Japanese washing facilities, with seat warmer n washer. The room was brightly lit. Of course you can choose to off some of the lights. I have a super sensitive nose and felt the room was clean enough. The only 2 things were, one of the basin choke a few times, but the housekeeper came quickly to settle it. The second was, you need to request for them to vacumn the room if you need, else they will just change the sheets n refill all the toiletries and towels, coffee n tea etc. There's only 2 pillows and we requested for 1 more. It was a king size bed. Not queen. so it's very spacious. We requested for baby cot, sterilizer, baby bathtub and the room is still spacious with 2 large luggages. There is no baby toiletries. They said you can use the same adult shampoo and soap, saying is child friendly but I still use mine, since I brought mine. The place is walking distance to a few shopping malls and a night market. There are 2 MRT lines, blue and yellow lines, and the HSR is also at the same place. Very convenient to the airport. You can cab around easily too. The staffs are nice too. I was there for 6 nights. The buffet spread were good too, 3 -4 juices, 4 cereals options, Croissant and a few bread selections. Cannot remember the eggs selections. They have porridge and noodles, beef, chicken, tofu, mushroom, 3 steam buns, salads and fruits, yogurts and soya milk, coffee and tea, honeycomb, they have it all. Really highly recommended.

The flaws were too minor that I cannot remember. Maybe no nice view? But it's not bothering me. I was staying at level 9. The hair dryer is powerful, good, slightly heavy if you hold very long like me, with long hair. Hahahha.

unfortunately we weren't able to have the night swimming as what we planned that's why we booked in the hotel.

Such a fabulous property with an amazing roof top pool that is the most welcome treat in the evening after a day of exploring! Pool opens till 9. We had a triple room and it was huge! Really comfy beds, seating area, desk, big TV, MASSIVE bathroom with seperate loo, all perfect for a group of friends travelling. Location is spot on in the bustling Banqiao district, hotel is right next to the main station and MRT making it the perfect location of getting around. The public transport is so easy to use and very very cheap. Around 60p a journey. Hotel staff were more than welcoming and looked after our every need. We ate in the hotel bar one or twice and the food was amazing! Defiantly recommend the ramen.

Only slight issue was the rooftop bar being closed as it’s the most beautiful location to have a drink and look over the city at night.

This is a lovely hotel that seems popular with Japanese and Indonesian tour groups. Our family suite was excellent for two adults and two children. It featured a comfortable living room, a convenient toilet with double sinks, and two televisions – one in each room, which was a great bonus. Furthermore, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even providing local tips on where to find delicious food and which areas to avoid. Ordering in-room service was also a breeze via a simple phone call, and the food portions were surprisingly generous.

Guests booking through Booking.com should be aware that breakfast is not included and comes at a steep additional cost of TWD650 per person daily for the buffet. This was a disappointing oversight. Additionally, the hotel only provided two bath towels for our party of four, which was inadequate. The sheer number of floors (32) also created noticeable lift issues. We experienced frequent stops when travelling down from higher levels, and attempting to board a lift from a lower floor often meant facing a packed cabin. The lift system clearly needs better management to handle the hotel's capacity.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my daughter fell ill during our visit, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us book a cab and recommended the nearest hospital for children, showing genuine care and concern throughout. Their service was impeccable — they took care of our needs with kindness and compassion. They also processed our refund almost immediately, expedited the check-out, and kept us fully informed about the refund details. We had a great stay at this hotel overall. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the snacks and coffee machine were a nice touch. The TV also had a wide variety of channels, which we enjoyed. Thank you to the wonderful staff for their outstanding service during such a challenging time. You truly made a difference, and we are so grateful. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that the toilet bowl was separated from the bathroom, so we had to walk over to the bathroom to wash our hands. Maybe only in our room was like that. I am not sure about other rooms though. But aside from that, everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had an amazing and very comfortable stay at the Caesar. The room was clean and luxurious, the staff very helpful and the location is perfect, so close to the train/metro station. Also really enjoyed this neighborhood as it feels more relaxed and authentic then for example Ximen or Shongshan, but lots of shops and restaurants etc around. Would definitely come back here.

The gym is very limited (would love a barbell rack) and it would be nicer if there were drinks served by the pool area.

the room is quite clean and quiet for a good sleep and its location is pretty convenient as close to puclic stations and shopping malls.

located in Banqiao，a bit far from scenic views. WiFi in the room is a bit weak.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Especially loved the wide feather pillows. Staff kindly let me use the pool shower facilities later in the day after I had checked out of the room, before my evening flight. Be aware that the pool & gym is only accessible only by a flight of stairs.

The room was too hot for the bedding provided, and although I set the room air con for 19, it never went below 21 degrees, so I was a little too hot for a good night's sleep. The mini bar needed regular black tea bags for European guests used to drinking tea with milk.

1)my favorite facility is swimming pool. 2)the room is spacious and clean. 3)bed is good 4)location is great, close to train and bus station,many nice restaurant around, night market is just 15-20 mins walk. 5)staff are polite, especially staff work at swimming pool. 6) Good hair dryer

some little things I am not satisfied. 1) some towels have some weird smell, including towel from bathroom and swimming pool. 2)coffee machine in room is not clean, I recommend hotel should clean it regularly. 3) tea bags only offer two pieces per day, staff told me if request extra need to pay for it. 4) lifts are very slow, and sometimes only two are working in certain period, be patient.
