It was our first time trying the hot springs. I booked the deluxe room with a private hot spring bathtub, which we enjoyed having for our use. Our family could enjoy the hot spring bath as much as we wanted. The hotel was located in a quiet environment. I enjoyed the quiet and calmness. We also enjoyed the breakfast, there were many selections.

The hotel required some maintenance work. The hotel room is fine, however, there are cracks and stains in the plasterboard wall and ceiling that require some touch-up work. The restaurant looked tired and dated, I suggest they change the carpet and touch up the stains on the ceiling; it will make the restaurant feel more presentable. There are not many choices on the dinner menu, which could be due to not many people dining in the restaurant. Maybe they can change the menu to hotpot, it will be easier to manage.

Very friendly staff. The hotel room was very clean and nice . The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast and dinner. It is a good location to start tours to Yangmingshan.

Better if you have your own car when you want to travel around the mountains . If you want to experience Taipei downtown then it is a little bit more far away.

Having the onsen in the room was a nice treat, but the communal one downstairs was also excellent. The set menu in the restaurant was also great

If you need to go to the shop or try other restaurants, it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Yangmingshan. And unfortunately, it is along a road.

It is a lovely hotel near hiking trails, with a restaurant that offers good food and a good breakfast. Having the thermal baths in our room was wonderful. To get there, we booked a taxi, as it is at least 45 minutes from the airport without traffic (at 7:00 a.m.).

I liked everything.

We loved the swimmingpool and the facilities. Very kind helpful staff. The bus to Taipei stops in front of the hotel. It takes you an hour to get to the centre.

I am gluten intolerant. I didn't had a lot of choices at breakfast. Gluten-free bread would be nice.

We decided to stay in this hotel because of the perfect location very close to Yangmingshan National Park area and Yangmingshan American Military housing area which has a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is pretty old, but still comfortable enough. Even thou it’s close to Yangmingshan, the view is just okay since it’s close to residential area. The bed is comfortable and the hot spring tub is really great. It was my birthday when we stayed there and I got some nice birthday snacks.

Probably they’re lack of enough resources since we arrived at 3 PM and our room was not ready yet so we waited for another 30 mins and they changed our room as well. And they said they will provide special snacks but we needed to remind them at night since they were not coming at the promised time. The breakfast honestly just okay and the coffee machine was broken.

Wonderful swimming pool and hot spring. We ordered some food from the restaurant for dinner, it was delicious.

Quite dated in the room(but clean). Since the public facilities are great, still recommended.

Clean, friendly, very delicious food and convenient location to explore Yangmingshan. The hot spring is a unique feature that you need to enjoy.

Sadly you can smell the hot spring in the rooms some times. But this is to be expected

Our room was enormous and we slept so well in the comfiest king size bed. The private onsen bath had access to the hot springs and it was a very luxurious experience.
