The location is superb with direct access to the pier from the breakfast area and a very short walk to the bus stop. The facility is new and beautifully decorated. Great breakfast with both Taiwanese and Western options. The staff is helpful and polite.

The wash basin in the bathroom is a little bit shallow so we usually got water everywhere. The floor is pretty cold during winter season and the air conditioning panel is pretty difficult to adjust. It would be great if a manual is provided.

Hotel is perfectly located at the water’s edge, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the bus stop in Shuishe. The waterfront rooms face east which is perfect to watch the sunrise from the balcony - or bed! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean and furnished with a tv, mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer and fancy Japanese toilet. Ours had a bath tub too but not sure if all rooms do. The staff are friendly and really helpful. Breakfast - and solid mix of Western and Eastern foods - is either in the ground floor restaurant, or served in your room if the hotel is quiet. The staff will help with boat and cable car tickets at a discounted price.

Breakfast was cooked in the morning and delivered to the room and was great, however it was served at 8 am which was a little later than I would like to have. The two of the more senior staffs at the front desk were super. One took my request and prepared a to-go breakfast for us to pick up at 7:40 am upon our leaving for a 8 am bus to Alishan. She even gave me a bottle water after I told her the juice in the cup is not secured by a lid, super! A newer staff at the front desk when we checked in was fine not as super as the other two more senior staffs. The owner was on-site numerous times and was super friendly! I highly recommend this hotel if you want a lake view room.

Counter space and closet space in the room were limited.

Location with shopping spree n food easy to locate place. Hotel clean n nice. Will be back here to stay as singaporean. Lake view is excellant and food nice.

No toilet paper hanger n water bidget holder to hang on. Lack of hanger at bathroom n slippers in room n tea spoon should consider tk have. Overall good experienced to stay as 1st timer

The view is beautiful, it is very clean and new inside. The location is excellent, right behind the pier.

The room size is a little small. Also the second day, they serve the the set breakfast at your room, you can’t choose what you want to eat, also the room is too small, no space to eat , not very comfortable. The first day the breakfast was served in the first floor as buffet style, it is much better.

The view was stunning, framed by the round windows and worth more than anything else! The balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset, and see the boats come and go.

It was a bit tired. The access to the hotel is a very narrow busy street. There aren’t many food options in the Shuishe area.

Beautiful hotel with tastefully designed rooms that offer spectacular views over sun moon lake. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of the best hotels during our trip to Taiwan and certainly the one with the most dramatic views. Location is great, close to the shuttle bus stop and only steps away from the pier. Strongly recommend for a relaxing visit to sun moon lake.

Location is perfect! It is strategically located. First, it is just a 5-minute walk from the main bus stop. It is just right beside the wharf. It has rooms with stunning lakeview. Make sure to book a room with lakeview. This hotel also serves good breakfast.

Good healthy breakfast as Taiwan style . All food clean and fresh everyday . Fantastic view with good location that make easy transport to other famous place around the lake . Staffs have a ton of service mind and polite support on your requests.

Loved the room itself overall, great view, comfortable bed! Staff was very kind and helpful with our questions around local travel and recommendations.

Having just a partial glass barrier between the toilet and the shower area was not ideal because water got around the toilet.
