𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘𝗗... • Great shower, like a spa with 2 horizontal body sprays in addition to the overhead rain shower. • HUGE bath towels (no robe, no problem) and nice rubber flipper slippers. • Clean, well managed and maintained property. Excellent gracious service. Convenient walk to almost anywhere you want to go. • Attentive staff. I arrived when breakfast was still being served. Since I was checking out at 2:45a the next morning, I was invited to have my free breakfast in advance. • The furnishings are nice, very comfortable bed. • Excellent air conditioning. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦... • My room was on the street side; it was a bit noisy during the day; however, totally silent at night. • Older property, yet updated with nice features (spa shower) very clean.

The place is excellent value for budget travellers. It offers bigger rooms than comparable hotels in the area, definitely cleaner and quieter than many. I got upgraded to a balcony room upon request. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the free streetside parking was very useful. I'm making it my regular spot from now on

They do not have a restaurant yet, but I was told that they're getting a chef from India to reopen their restaurant. TV needs more channels.

I have to say, they really treated me like royalty there. They remembered what I had for breakfast each day. They were very thoughtful and kind when I had a couple of situations in my room and got on them immediately. It was centrally located, and I was able to walk to most places of interest.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikko Towers in Dar es Salaam. The rooms were comfortable and offered great value for money. The owners were exceptionally courteous and made sure every guest felt at home. It truly felt more like a home away from home than just a hotel. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is situated close to SGR station. I arrived early in the morning and they provided early check-in. Special thanks for large bottle of water!

Very comfortable. Nice room with good shower, ac, and comfortable bed! Very clean and quiet. The owners did everything to make my stay perfect. I will definitely use again.
