Location very good, close to ferry to Zanzibar. Very spacious and clean apartments. Comfortable after safari, very good beds. And very quiet.

Breakfast was nothing special, but it is good to have the option to have breakfast there. Swimming pool was next to conference rooms, it felt a bit akward with these people having their break next to us (wearing swimming gear). And it says 'free airport shuttle', but they didn't offer us. Wonder if that's true.

We were pleasantly upgraded to a king executive room. Staff arranged transfer to airport. This location is an easy walk from the ferry terminal and that is why we choose it. The soup at supper was so delicious we came back the next night and ordered the same as a starter. We were happy with the value at the restaurant.

I use maps.me and that app had the location at the wrong place. Since properties are not addressed in Dar es Salaam, locating the entrance elevator can be difficult. The hotel is located in the same building as the casino. That would make it very easy to find.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, creating a relaxing environment. The property itself was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall. However, the location and surrounding area did not quite meet my expectations, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the quality of the property managed to make up for it to some extent. If you're prioritizing the condition of the property over the location, this could be a great option.

The room size is formidable. The location is fine , the reception team very friendly. Security 24h. The luggage helping from the taxi. The restaurant can serve food in the room.

The cleanness for bed sheets . Need to improve the cleaning. The bed is dirty as the bed sheets are not cleaned. Need Supervisor inspection of the bed. It is not acceptable to accommodate someone and the shed bed still contains the inacceptable staff.

The staff was really helpful, as was travelling with a 7 year old picky eater and the manager helped us with the kids food requirements. The place is located close to the harbor and just few minutes walk to the ferry incase one needs to take the ferry to Zanzibar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food here is exceptionally good. Complete value for money. Would totally recommend this place of wanna stop over for a day or 2.

There's nothing not to like about this place.

This was excellent propriety to stay and staff is very very co operative and well understanding. we only have one request to the property is in bathroom the need to add water facility as well toilet paper might not be useful for guest like us. It is better to have both in the bath room This was exceptional experience we are sure be not only recommending but also going again to the same in future.

It is a good hotel

For this hotel, I found that booking through Booking.com is more expensive than direct booking with the hotel. For example, my colleagues with whom I travelled paid US$85/per night including breakfast. My rate is about US$88, excluding breakfast. Going forward, I am hesitant to book through Booking.com

The room was spacious, AC worked very well, bed comfortable, water pressure from the shower was fantastic and staff were great! There's also a fairly equipped gymn and a swimming pool as well as a nice bar. The location is also good, and there's a casino and great restaurant on the ground floor, not part of the hotel, I think. I'm happy I discovered this place coz it will be my favorite place to stay in Dar.

They could do better with the quality of the food.

Good location close to ferry port. Staff very pleasant. Stayed in 2 bed suite which was spacious with access to balcony. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Housekeeping provided mosquito spray service. Nice clean swimming pool. Sufficient choice of breakfast items. Within walking distance of restaurants. Good value for money

Nothing not to like for a short stay.

The overall experience was very good. Rooms are huge, very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The location and the views are super. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast very good also

Having yo pass through reception to leave the building is a little cumbersome but understandable.
