The location in the city centre, they have their own generator when there is no electricity in the city

The hotel is established within 5th floor of the building, other floors are occupied by offices, internet wifi is weak and periodically it is not available.

The man who is both in the restaurant and helping for bringing the baggages was really friendly. The AC in the room was really helpful

The 1st, 2nd floor, the 6th floor, the lift were under construction when I stayed. So I got to carry the baggages in the stairs. Besides the TV and devices in the room didn't work

The friendly staff, and flexibility. Homely environment. Close to a few restaurants and a supermarket.

The ground floor reception is not appealing for a first time guest but once you're on the hotel floor, it gets better. My colleagues who had a midnight arrival did not find anyone on the ground floor and not knowing the setup, they had to look for another accommodation.

Breakfast was good. but most items got done quickly and no replacement was done hence the later you went for breakfast the accompaniments you would have less options.

The customer service was not good. The cleaners were nice but the concerned personnel at times weren't so helpful.

Location and ease of transportation. Wish the restaurant is 24 hours instead of breakfast only. Room order will be okay which eliminate sitting for lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Both elevators should take guest to 6th floor not just one.

The location of the tour. The personnel. The cleaness. Easier for taxi, just in the floor.

They give free room services and ironing services which great if you ever need in an emergency. They have good storage facilities for goods delivered while the customer is away.

I am just suggesting the room could use a kettle if incase someone wants to have any hot drink when the restaurant are closed.

Hotel staff was very polite and nice, location was good, hotel apartment was big and comfortable.

If the breakfast offer would be bigger , that would be even better.

Best property to stay within the vicinity of town. Amazing staff.

No arrangement of lunch or dinner if someone wants to have it in the property.
